"The spa was lovely and very reasonably priced, had the wellness massage and Egyptian foot, wellness was more intense than expected and the foot massage was perfect… room was great tv didn’t work in the living room but we didn’t need it as there was one in the bedroom… property more suited for only sunshine as it rained when we were there there was not much of a covered area to relax in only the reception bar and our room everything else the rain got you … slippery floors on entry to dining hall and they had towels down .. but some non slip mats would have been much better… lots of food choices and good quality drinks… would highly recommend the place 😍"

"The hotel has just been renovated. Absolutely brand new! Three swimming pools on site. A varied menu. Trained and polite staff. We were very pleased. We had a wonderful time!"

"The hotel is new, in a great location, only a short 5 min walk from the main Protaras strip and beaches. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and the beds comfy. Lots of pillows too which was a nice touch. We also has a pull out sofa bed for the little one which was brilliant. The receptionists Andria and Panayiotis were exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to facilitate our late check out which was greatly appreciated. The porter at the front desk was very welcoming and helped unload our cases. The lobby area is clean and very comfortable. The dinning area chairs could do with a clean, and the staff in the restaurant seemed disjointed, miserable and not very attentive, the young Russian lad who served our drinks was very nice. The food selection in the restaurant was good, usual all inclusive food, breakfast was excellent with fresh omelettes, pancakes etc. Pool bar drinks have a really good selection and the all inclusive included ice frappe and late which was great. The pool area could do with a few more bins or staff to regularly clear away plastic cups from the bedside tables as there were lots of wrappers and cups blowing around the floor (although this is also down to untidy guests). The water slides and splash area was fantastic, the lifeguards on the slides were very friendly and kept the kids safe, only downfall was that it closed at 5pm. Overall a fantastic hotel, would recommend and return. "

"Staff were brilliant. Room was gorgeous with a beach view. And bottle of wine was left as a surprise for our 3 year anniversary. Perfect. "

"Start was not great transfer didn’t no where complex was (was organised through stay)thankfully we was rescued by a resident, there where 3 stay lock boxes luckily we got into the first one didn’t have number for apartment on , pictures are accurate on site and contact was good when we where there , advert for apartment still says pool closed it isn’t (if you read “stay” please update this , awful mattress protector was like a crisp packet very noisy mattress super firm as where pillows we requested extra set of towel’s as we where there 2 week and stay accommodated this I would recommend this apartment great complex very friendly never very busy 10 min walk to main road (nearest shop,bar,restaurant bit of a hill getting back up No safe in room ! For valuables passport money I personally think this should installed "
