Perfect spot to relax for a week. Rooms are a good size and the pool is nice and spacious. Plus, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Only a few downsides: the pool lining is black so the water gets really hot; the air con isn’t very efficient so rooms don’t get super cold; the hotel is a decent walk from most parts of the island so you need to take the hotel shuttle, which charges €5 per person each time. There is a sister hotel closer to the restaurants but lacks a pool.

We enjoyed our time in Procida and our time at the hotel. The island is very small and it was easy to get around on foot from the hotel location. There is also a shuttle service available for 5 euros per person, which is great to have available. The staff was wonderful, super kind and helpful. The hotel however seems a bit tired. It could used some repairs (wooden banquet near the pool were broken/ wood looked like it was rotting). Our bathroom also felt very used and like it needed a deep clean. The outdoor gym was lovely.

La Suite Boutique provided the BEST setting for a long overdue family holiday. We enjoyed long lazy days by the pool, world class treatments in the spa, family workouts in the open air gym, taxis whenever we needed them, brilliant tips on how to explore this heavenly little island and the best Italian food from this divine region. Ivan, Simona, Rosalba, Francesca and the rest of the team, you outdid yourselves. The memories you helped us created will last a lifetime. The hotel has a lot of potential. It is not near any convenience stores or restaurants (and most in Procida are shut between 3-8pm) so it would be good to have some mini bar snacks or snack shop on site. Hanging around by the pool was lovely, although the bar was sporadically attended. There was no guidebook in the room that you usually get at hotels so we needed to ask the front desk for every question. There is no laundry, although a laundry was listed in the property details. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the pool/breakfasts but we felt there was a lot of unrealised potential.

Very nice Hotel full of facilities like bus shuttle, spa and swimming pool. At your check out you can stay all the day using the swimming pool surrounded by a lot of plants. The pool was a bit dirty but the hotel was sold out and the reception girl was not very helpful. In general it was a very nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay and if we didn’t have to leave for work we would have extended! The staff are wonderful, Antonio our server at the restaurant was so helpful and Ivan the driver was so personable. Everyone at reception was kind. Beautiful location, fresh food, and great drinks. Well priced for the exclusivity, location, and ambiance. The room was beautiful, clean, and secluded. Super comfortable pillows- AC and Wi-Fi work well. We will be back! Grazie mille 💖

Oasis in Procida

This is an oasis of relaxation designed to help you refresh. It’s location away from the busy parts of Procida means it is quiet with a large and diverse garden space to suit everyone. The staff are the most efficient I have seen in an environment of this kind. They bend over backwards to meet the needs of guests. Great ideas on what to do and where to eat and they happily make reservations on your behalf. The pool is certainly a must. The rooms are spacious, clean with sufficient supplies each with a private balcony for privacy. I cannot think of a better place to unwind. Go on, try it.

Instalação abandonada, café da manhã fraco, reservei o aluguel de dois dias de bike elétrica, devolvi com 1 dia, pois o clima estava instável, acordei tal fato com a recepção e me cobraram no cartão de crédito sem minha anuência, pois contratei pelo aplicativo que pagaria as diárias no hotel, porém no dia de minha saída, incrivelmente não havia ninguém na recepção para finalizar minha estadia, entrei em contato com a recepção e não respondem minha solicitação, não recomendo o hotel e não volto nele, experiência desagradável.

Complessivamente la struttura non la trovo adeguata ad un 4 stelle. La camera doppia era di dimensioni normali, il bagno presentava difetti e perdita di acqua dal water, asciugamani datati e anche la struttura (poca manutenzione al letto, alle pareti. Lo staff gentile, disponibile, e mi hanno reso disponibile uno spogliatotio per una doccia prima della partenza, nonostante avessi già lasciato la camera. Tuttavia, un po' di attenzione in più ai clienti credo sia necessaria: la reception non era disponibile alle 9 del mattino, anche in presenza di clienti che dovevano lasciare l'hotel; avevamo dimenticato involontariamente le chiavi della camera in camera, e abbiamo dovuto attendere un'ora per riaccedere alla camera. La colazione normale, non presentava molte cose. La location bella, e anche la piscina. WIFI ok

Et flott hotell med et fantastisk basseng-område. Spesielt Simona som jobbet i resepsjonen var svært behjelpelig. Fantastisk med transfer-buss til og fra ulike deler av øya, sjåføren var presis. Minus for noe skittent på badet da vi kom og dårlig utvalg på frokost. Ingen annen kaffe utenom amerikano.

Het hotel is prachtig, maar jammer genoeg benutten ze niet alle mogelijkheden. Receptie is niet 24/7 open, drank/eten aan het zwembad is heel prijzig en zwembad is enkel open van 10:30 tot 19:00. De locatie zelf is perfect, ongeveer een half uurtje wandelen naar elke kant van het eiland. Onze kamer was niet zo heel proper. De badkamer vooral voldeed niet aan de normen qua netheid. Het doucheputje liep niet door en de douchekop spoot water rechtstreeks in een soort stopcontact boven de douche. In de badkamer zaten veel mieren en bij navraag bleek dit normaal te zijn. Aan het raam lagen een 10-tal dode vliegjes, die elke dag gewoon aan de kant werden geschoven in plaats van weggehaald. De glazen op de kamer waren gebruikt door de vorige gasten en niet afgewassen. Het ontbijt was sober maar oké, maar voor zo’n luxehotel verwacht je wel veel meer. Fietsen zijn te huur aan 25€ per dag en het is mogelijk om transfers te boeken van het hotel zelf. Al bij al zijn we blij dat we er hebben verbleven want het eiland op zich maakt alles goed. Daarom geven we toch 4/5.

Htl San Michele: perfect but for a lift

We were visiting the island of Procida to see the famous Easter procession. It is not yet high season, so many hotels and restaurants are not open or fully operational. La Suite contacted us to ask if we would consider moving to their sister hotel, Hotel San Michele, which is closer to the procession, so we did. Hotel San Michele is a beautiful hotel with great style and a fabulous location and view of the bay and the island. The cleaning, restaurant and other staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that the elevator was not operational for some reason so we had to walk up and down many steps to get to the restaurant and marina.

Very nice hotel workers. Comfortable beds. The design of the hotel is beautiful but starting to look a little worn, but being American I think the American standard might be little elevated given this is another country. Overall a nice stay.

Ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles

J’ai fait beaucoup de vrai 5 étoiles et cet hôtel n’a rien à voir avec cette catégorie. Ce n’est même pas un 4 étoiles à mon avis. Le personnel est très jeune, sans aucune expérience dans l’hôtellerie. Le personnel à la réception n’est pas à l’écoute (la responsable a même initialement refusé de confirmer d’etre bien la responsable quand nous avions eu besoin de discuter avec elle pour résoudre un problème). La propreté laisse à désirer, en particulier dans la cuisine du restaurant de l’hôtel (le premier soir forte intoxication alimentaire après avoir mangé du poisson, avec nausea et vomissements). En particulier, si vous avez des allergies ou des autres restrictions alimentaires, ne faites pas confiance au personnel du restaurant (du à leur manque d’expérience, ils ne semblent pas capables de suivre les directions du client à ce sujet). En général, l’impression est que l’établissement n’a pas été renouvelé depuis sa construction: dans les chambres, par exemple, il manque des pièces qui se sont probablement cassé et n’ont jamais été remplacés. Attention au moustiques - il n’y en a pas vraiment dans le reste de l’île, mais l’hôtel en est infesté, à la piscine et même dans le spa. Cela rend la permanence encore moins agréable. Impossible de trouver un moment de calme. Musique très haute à la piscine, dans le resto e même dans le reste de l’hôtel (nous avons essayé de faire une sieste pendant l’après-midi mais nous avons été réveillés par la musique très haute à la réception !)

Bel hotel mais mal situé

Bel hotel, avec un beau jardin et une deco "design" à la page...les suites sont tres bien et avec une belle vue, mais les chambres du rdc sont petites et sombres. Personnel tres sympa et efficace, surtout l'equipe du petit dejeuner (tres bon et copieux d'ailleurs). Les points négatifs sont : le SPA payant (40 € l'heure !) et à l'accueil tres désagréable...et la situation, en plein coeur de l'île de Procida...donc loin des ports et plages..,même si l'île est petite, il faut prendre taxi ou louer scooter.
