Oya was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. Hotel is just a few minutes from the famous old bridge and main square. The hotel was clean, had asked for Mountain View and they delivered. Asked for slightly different option at breakfast and Oya sorted that also. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location, service and hotel. Comfortable stay. Really friendly and helpful staff members. Family friendly. I will certainly consider this hotel again when back in Prizren.

Very centrally located. Very clean and modern with a nice buffet breakfast

Very bad Wifi in the room. Parking was not good. Took me 20 minutes to get out when trying to leave during the morning. Late breakfast. Opens at 8. People who worked there was good and kind.

The hotel is an area that is under construction, they are paving the streets so it is noisy during the day, it will be nice once they finished. Also, the water went off for 5 minutes, I imagine same reason. The front desk people could be more friendly.

Vi overnattede på hotellet i 2 dage og vi har været meget tilfredse. Personalet var søde, venlige og yderst smilende og hjælpsomme. Hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhed med gåafstand til seværdighederne. Værelserne var pæne og rene og levede op til vores forventninger. Hvis vi skal besøge Prizren igen, så skal vi absolut bo på dette hotel igen.
