Look forward to a vacation in this newly built, modern apartment house with six units in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village and in the first row to the extensive sandy beach (without a road in between). In a few minutes by car you can reach all stores of the daily needs. The highly modern equipped apartment in urban style offers you a fully equipped open kitchen with dining bar, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, two bathrooms (each with shower), a spacious living room with expansive sofa area and two bedrooms. The living room and both bedrooms have air-conditioning and TV sets, the larger bedroom has panoramic windows and access to the large corner terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast at the dining table in the morning sun or sunbathe on the loungers all day. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the entire length of the bay from the bedroom and living room, listen to the gentle roll of the Mediterranean surf. Or take a refreshing dip in the heated pool, which is shared by all six units. In the evening, the house's own garden with fireplace is open to you for a cozy end to the vacation day.

Did not disappoint

It was so good we extended our stay! Kristina is a wonderful care taker of the property and is so accommodating. The location is fantastic, small town with amazing restaurants and close to several grocery stores. Views are beautiful and we truly got to relax as the property has everything you need. Already thinking of when we can come back !

Erholsamer Urlaub direkt am Meer.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Würden sogar mehr als 5 Sterne geben. Die Lage ist traumhaft, ruhig und direkt am Meer. Kontakt mit Vermieterin und Betreuung vor Ort war sehr herzlich.

Perfekt - hohe Erwartungen wurden erfüllt

Super Wohnung. Ausstattung perfekt: Massenweise Handtücher (wichtig beim Badeurlaub), Küchenaustattung ist fast besser als zu Hause (aber leider nur 3-Platten Induktionsherd), Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, haben beide einen großen TV. Die Adria ist direkt vor der Tür. Der Meeresboden hier ist sandig (selten in Kroatien) und die Adria über viele Meter flach - toll für Kinder. Check in lief völlig easy. Gerne wieder!

Traumurlaub mit vielen kleinen Extras

Wir waren im Juli 2021 für 2 Wochen in der schönsten Ferienwohnung, die wir bisher erlebt haben. Nicht nur die deutschen Vermieter sind supernett und erfüllen alle Wünsche, auch die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Küche (elektr. Milchaufschäumer, hochwertige Geräte und Geschirr, etc.). Es gab sogar ein Bügelbrett & -eisen, im Bad ein Glätteisen, eine Flüster-Klimaanlage, die ohne Geräusch die ganze Nacht laufen konnte, usw. Es gibt sehr viel Stauraum in allen Zimmern. Die Vermieter haben wirklich Wert auf alle Details gelegt und das merkt man. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig - eine schöne Sandbucht mit befestigter Strandpromenade und viel Grün drumherum. Man kann ewig weit rein laufen bis das Wasser tief wird - Also ideal für Kinder. In 10 min zu Fuß oder 3 min mit dem Auto ist man im Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr vielen sehr leckeren Restaurants. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Umkreis auch viele - Nin mit einer 3km Sandstrandpromenade ist nur 5 km entfernt oder Zadar erreicht man auch in 30 min mit dem Auto, von dort aus gibt es bspw. Ausflüge in die Kornati. oder auch Krka ist von Privlaka in 1:15h zu erreichen. Also wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Danke für alles!

Super Urlaub! TOP *****Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist einfach spitze! ... von jeder Ecke im Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer einen traumhaften Meerblick ... nur 10 Meter von der Terrasse bis zum Meer, die täglichen Fahrten zum Strand entfallen, die Kinder können selbstständig ins Meer oder den Pool und sind trotzdem immer im Blick ... sehr gute Ausstattung: Fernseher, Klimaanlage, alles vom Feinsten und in jedem Zimmer ... top Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung inkl. Gefrierschrank für den Eis-Vorrat, zwei Sätze Besteck und Geschirr und eine große Geschirrspülmaschine sind einfach eine sehr nette Erleichterung im Urlaub, inkl. Waschmaschine ... moderne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gute Betten und ausreichend Schrankplatz ... sehr schöne, ruhige Lage ... und für etwas Abwechslung ist Nin und Zadar "um die Ecke" Sehr nette Vermieter. Inge und Jimmy haben sich super gekümmert. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Lage, top Aussicht, top Wohnung!

Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Meer. Man wohnt wirklich direkt am Wasser und hat eine super tolle Aussicht. Auch sonst ist die Lage top. Sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist ein Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist nagelneu und sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles von bester Qualität. Genauso, wie es auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Und trotzdem es draußen doch noch etwas frisch war, war es in der Wohnung angenehm warm. Der Pool wird gerade fertiggestellt. Sicher auch cool im Sommer. Danke Jimmy, wir hatten ein paar super schöne Tage bei Dir. Wir kommen wieder!
