「Amazing property with amazing staff. Can't wait to come back.」

「View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay.」

「Amazing place and very helpful host. My kid had wonderful time」

「Skøn udsigt fra huset mod bjergene」

「Es war alles top. Zimmer sauber, Tiefgarage vorhanden, sehr gutes Frühstück」

「Wow! The views, the room, the food, the pools, the facilities, the service - everything far exceeded expectations, especially for the price. This kind of experience at home in the USA would not be nearly as beautiful and would cost 4x as much. That difference more than covers the airfare, LOL. 。。」

「Staff at reception and breakfast kind of grumpy. The receptionist with the accent is polite. The rooms are clean」

I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room. I had to...
