"Hotel good internet terrible Had a twin bed my husband bed keep moving neatly fell Shower we had a problem with the water trap as it overflowed onto the floor But overall minor problems Good area to see all local attraction I ordered the ballon bundle But never even lasted a day Bit disappointed in that But prob not the hotels fault Perhaps get them from somewhere else"

"when i saw there was no elevator i was like ya that’s chill its ok, but bro with a big suitcase walking to my room with it on the fourth floor is not for the weak. the steps are steep and tiny! the room itself was very humid, little balcony was nice. pillows are basically nothing. the bathroom wasn’t stocked/refilled properly when i arrived, empty kleenex, etc. the shower water was just there on the floor and didn’t have like anything you stepped into. as for location i couldn’t have asked for anything better it was perfect. amsterdam is very walkable and this was central. only annoyance was from 10pm-midnight you could hear car engines revving and lots of street chatter."

"Stayed as a couple in August in a comfort room. The hotel was very welcoming. The staff are great and extremely helpful. The location was perfect for us so we could pop back several times a day. Complimentary drinks and snacks were great and the wine buffet every evening with a happy hour cheese board daily too. Breakfast was plentiful with a lovely cook on hand to makes you pancakes, eggs, omelettes etc. good to note the fresh orange juice at breakfast time is delicious."

"Excellent location next to Central railway station. Comfortable beds, Decent shower. Good range of foods at breakfast, (although tinned fruit salad was a little disappointing after our 2 previous Ibis hotels had provided fresh fruit salad). There were lots of other alternatives so that's just a personal taste thing. Staff were friendly and very helpful."
