For those who prefer garden dining, the lanai off the living room has a large table & chairs. Wonderful Home Away from Home

The property was well stocked and had all the amenities we needed for a week long stay with our toddler. We loved waking up and exploring the grounds from the floor level entry and had more than enough space in the condo for our family. We’d definitely stay again at this condo and at the Cliffs Resort!

We had a really enjoyable stay overall! The property is in a great location and the pool area is absolutely fantastic for kids — plenty of space, multiple pool options, and lots of fun features to keep them busy for hours. The unit itself was bright, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family stay.A couple of things to note: there was some construction work happening on the building during the week, which did mean a bit of daytime noise and wear and tear outside the unit. Also, the master bedroom has both beds in the same room. The unit while clean and well maintained, is showing its age and does have air conditioning, so it could get warm during the hotter part of the day.Despite those minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our time here. The friendly management team and great family amenities made it a memorable and pleasant stay overall.

Jeff's condo was very comfortable for our first family vacation to Kauai and the Cliffs at Princeville. His listing is accurate. Amenities in the condo were very cozy. The location of this unit is great - lots of yard space, and a quick walk to the pool and recreational areas with ample parking. Everything was clean and laundered, and the space itself was set up in a way that optimizes the space. He left great instructions, and check-in was a breeze.

Quiet and comfortable

Nice, light, no need for ac. We had a good cross wind. Short drive to accessible beaches. Jeff was quick to respond to our questions. The beds were quite comfortable. We had a lovely 13 day experience at Jeff’s condo.

Amazing stay

We absolutely loved this condo the location was amazing and the front desk staff was so helpful- the pool is absolutely gorgeous just like the pictures and you can take a 5 min bike ride to one hotel or hidden beach- free bikes came in handy and there’s a flat path. We also loved the cliff view to watch sunset with lots of chairs a hammock and plenty of grills. The patio is lovely and everything was clean and we appreciated the amenities- no complaints here I can’t wait to stay here again!

Instant vacation feeling

Thanks for the great stay. The contact with Jeff was very kind and quick. The apartment is really nice and well equipped. We had a direct access to the garden and 2 patios plus 2 bathrooms, very convenient with the family. The pool area is also very nice. Spent quite some time there (-; Would definitely recommend and come again!!

This place is just perfect ! Ground corner unit was very quiet and I never missed air conditioning , the wind flows thru the unit well. They provided everything we could possibly need . It was a lovely place and I would stay here again!

Tropical getaway at the Cliffs

This property was amazing. Jim the host was very helpful and we had a very relaxing holiday over Christmas. The facilities at the Cliffs are excellent, the location is perfect to enjoy the local area and activities and it is a great base to explore Kauai from. This was a memorable trip and we would highly recommend Jim's property. It was excellent!

Easy Stay

The condo has everything that we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for two teens (twins). We struggled with having enough hot water for showers, but learned to space them out.

Wonderful stay and great value

This spacious and well-equipped condo is at a great resort with a perfect location for our adult family. When we weren't beaching at Hanalei Bay we were walking the beautiful grounds, riding bikes, playing pickleball, reading at the ocean edge or sunning by the pool. The condo interior may be a little worn for some but was clean and functional and perfect for a beach vacation. Great value here, really nice staff at the Cliffs, very helpful owner, easy check in and out... we loved it!

Gem of a condo!

What a cool find! We stayed at the Cliffs in mid-April, and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well-decorated. We loved sitting outside to eat breakfast. And the property was GORGEOUS, with so many amenities. Beautiful pool area, bikes to rent, pickle ball/tennis courts, basketball, etc—but my favorite were the Adirondack chairs overlooking the cliffs. Just a gorgeous place to sit at sunset. We were in awe! We also loved the small market they had in the rec room one morning—fresh foods, crafts, etc. This was our favorite place to stay on the island! We were also close to Hideaways Beach, our favorite. Thanks for the best time in Princeville!

Great stay!

This unit was just great. After 10 days with all of our kids and Grands, we wanted a few days on our own before going back home. The property is quiet and the walks out to the “cliffs” overlooking the ocean were lovely. The unit has lots of beach items that were so nice to enjoy. We love the North end of the Island so the location was perfect! No A/C was the ONLY reason we may choose not to return… everything else was just what we wanted! In spite of the A/C, we still give it a 5star. Many places in HI don’t have A/C, we are just spoiled! lol!

Good place for price

Beautiful location away from touristy areas. Many beaches close by. Swam with tutles at Anini Beach. Driving to Waimea Canyon and hiking is an entire day though. Saw whales in the distance while sitting in chairs on the cliff on the property. Happy hour Monday was widely attended. The condo itself could use some updates but we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Great location and well-equipped condo

The Cliffs is such a cozy, friendly and beautiful resort in Princeville. Jeff’s condo was extremely clean and well-equipped for our week-long stay. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated having a washer/dryer in the unit. We did not miss not having AC at all. We made great use of the garden patio and enjoyed all the bird visits while we were out there playing cards. The pool was beautiful, as well! Highly recommend Jeff’s condo for North Shore Kauai visits.

Fun Spot for the family

The ground level unit was easily accessible and had a beautiful lawn outside for the kids to run around. We all loved the pool and playground. This is a great location close to Foodland and shops as well as great beaches. Some parts of the condo are dated but that didn’t bother us. It had all we needed. The bedroom has a lot of light entering at night from outside so that could bother those who like a darkened room for sleeping. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
