Great stay at this Ali’i Kai unit. Easy parking, very clean, useful kitchen, tons of space, comfy beds, beautiful views. The bose speaker was a great addition, and the beach chairs were very nice to use. All of the fans were useful to keep it cool. The only thing I would have liked is a deadbolt lock on the front door for security. It didn’t feel very secure and was confusing to make sure it was locked from the inside.

Clean, spacious condo with parking

This is a great home base to explore the north shore. Although you can't walk to many places, the parking right at the condo is very helpful. Clean and well maintained with partial ocean views.

Comfortable Princeville condo

This was a very nicely remodeled condo- although some of the furnishings felt a bit formal and uncomfortable for an island vacation rental. Everything was very nice quality however and it was visually very attractive. Kitchen was stocked with the very basics- they could have used a cheese grater and soup ladle but the bare essentials were there. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was virtually non-existent for some reason, and there was no sprayer to clean the sink, so that was unhandy and a bit weird. Lanai is pretty small with no lounge chairs- just regular chairs and side tables, which is important to us but my fault I didn’t look more carefully when I was booking. Overall it was a very nice condo with good quality furnishings and kitchen items, was quiet and peaceful and in a great area for exploring. Location was really nice and we loved our time there.

Princeville

The condo was nice. This one had a musty odor from the washing machine and we had to call the managements twice. I washer just needs a cleaner product ran through it. We showed that to the young man. Hopefully he had that done. The condo itself was excellent. We have stayed in Princeville 8 other times, yes, I would rent this one again.

Alil kai II.

Great condo and easy access to Hanalei, Napali. Quiet community- great sleeps. Very clean and beautiful views of the ocean. Only problem was the musty smell from the laundry area and the water pressure in the kitchen is a trickle. Overall an excellent property.

Undisclosed rules

The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. TY for the welcome chocolates. There were only 2 beach chairs for a unit sleeping 4 The unit does not have AC(which is disclosed prior), but it gets warm and requires you to keep the windows open and get woken up by the roosters at 4 AM. My main issue was the undisclosed rule of quiet time, beginning at 9 PM. Can’t have a normal conversation on the deck, use the TV at normal volume or use the washer/dryer. If you like to go to sleep at 9, this unit is for you. The permanent neighbors are sensitive to the 9 PM rule and will share their displeasure.

Lovely Princeville

Great location, great pool, a few issues: zero out of 3 TVs worked (property manager Mike did all he could to resolve but was unsuccessful); light bulbs missing in lamps, lights over stove not working, dimmers needed on dining room and living room lights, fan in dining room not adjustable and too fast, garburator should be removed if you aren’t allowed to use it, lamp switches and cords sticky in guest bedroom.

Excellent condo

The condo is very well located and the sea view is very nice. The balcony is spacious and located towards the northcoast with some morning sun. It is a very quiet area. The sleeping rooms have a very good size and are well furnished so are the bathrooms. They even provide shampoo, showergel, conditioner and lots of towels (including beach towels) and beachgear. The kitchen has everything you need including some basics like salt and pepper and heaps of pans, pots and glasses. The cleanliness was very good. The sleeping rooms had carpeted floors, which was nice, the wooden floor in the living room ant kitchen was awesome. Overall very worth the money and thanks for everything.

Absolutely stunning views

The only thing I would change would be a different side of cookware. They are tough on their scratched. Also, we were a large group and had limited time with the laundry would be nice.. Dryers didn't seem to work very well. And their may need to be some instructions. On the main bathroom shower. Both showers were running at the same time and we couldn't figure it out

Exceptional Princeville Stay

The pictures in the listing can’t do justice to the views and experience at this condo. We spent more time on the balcony eating meals, enjoying family time and watching the ocean off in the distance than we did inside the condo. The property is nicely appointed, clean and spacious. Had an issue with the washer that was immediately addressed by the Lotus team who were responsive. Located near numerous beaches, Hanalei Bay Area, and multiple dining options. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Kauai.

Great stay!

Our family of 4 stayed 6 nights. The condo is exactly as listed. The complex is very nice and perfectly manicured. The pool was great, my kids could have stayed at the the pool all day. I also liked that in the pool area there’s a water filtration machine we used to refill water jugs and thermoflasks. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We absolutely loved sitting on the lanai with our morning coffee, watching the sun rise while the birds greeted us. We didn’t want to leave. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best VRBO property yet

Great location with proximity to Hanalei and all of the active sports we had planned for the week. The apartment was lovely—with high end finishes and furnishings. Not your typical IKEA equipped kitchen. A brand new steam washer. Was great for a couple but would easily accommodate two couples.
