This place was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 young children. The views are incredible and the neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable! Would stay again!

Great place for a family

The layout of the home is excellent and accommodating to multiple families. The location is great and the community of Princeville is very active with walking paths and such always occupied with people. Wonderful stay. My only grievance is I wish the property manager could have responded sooner to an inquiry for more essentials in the home. It’s not a big deal nor changes my outlook on the property, but it is just frustrating to travel all that way and have to take time out of your vacation to run to the store for items that should be there already. To their defense I did make the request on a Friday afternoon, but it still would have enhanced the experience if they could have gotten to it sooner.

Fantastic House

The house is simply terrific and it exceeded our expectations at every level. We had 9 people and we all had plenty of space. The house is well designed and the furniture is very comfortable. The house wonderfully facilitates group meals, but it also gives everyone private space. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The fourth is a nice bedroom with two twin beds. There is a pullout bed in the second level living room. There are 4 outdoor seating areas. Two on the front and two in the back. I worked while I was there and I loved sitting on the upstairs balcony looking at the mountains. The house has everything you need – from kitchen to beach items.The one possible downside is that it is not right on the water. You can just barely see the ocean. But the neighborhood is fantastic and very resort like. There are various resorts sprinkled throughout and there are two restaurants at a resort that are a simple 5 minute walk away. The home is a 10 minute walk to fantastic ocean views. And it is only a couple of miles from Hanalei Bay. There is a nice grocery store about 1.5 miles away.We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and Spacious

We love the place! It was nice and clean. We enjoyed the skylights in the rooms and living space. The views are absolutely amazong inside and out.

Beautiful home

We are a family of 7 adults. The house was perfect for us. Located just a few minute walk from the beach. Shopping, activities and restaurants were close by. The home itself has everything we needed and more. Beds are comfy. Lots of xtra quality items like plush towels, shampoo and soaps. Thank you for making our stay exceptional.

Blissful North Shore Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Its comfort and convenient location worked perfectly for us! The upstairs lanai was one of our favorite spots. The A+ kitchen allowed us to cook and enjoy meals at home often. We would definitely place this home at the top of our list of places to which we plan to return! Plenty of beach gear in excellent condition too. Well managed! They even helped us with information on where to play tennis.

This place is amazing!

My family and I enjoyed our time at the Honoiki Road Hale. They had everything we needed and more, from beach towels and chairs to spike ball and snorkeling gear. The house perfectly accommodated our trip. It was a quiet, beautiful location and we had zero issues with our stay. Close to beaches, Princeville center and Hanalei Bay was an easy 10-15 minute drive. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful stay for your home away from home!

Beautiful house for your perfect getaway! Lots of room. Beds are cozy. Plenty of bedding, linens, pillows, and towels. We fit 5 couples with the use of the pull out bed. Kitchen is well equipped. We used the beach chairs and body boards. Scenery is amazing. Ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach and Hanalei Bay if you cut through the wooded trail. We would book again!

Incredible Vacation

What a fantastic property. It was exactly where we wanted to be on the island. Beautiful views right from the Lanai's and the front and back yard. The house had everything you needed for your stay including beach items: snorkels, chairs, umbrellas. Great house, with 4 bathrooms having showers. Highly recommend with one caveat. The listing accurately stated that the home isn't air conditioned, and we accepted that. Having visited the island previously we thought it wouldn't be a huge concern. However, we live in the very, very dry Southwest US climate and the lack of AC was challenging, particularly at night when the house was still warm and always humid from the day. For us, I'm not sure if we would rent a home without AC again, but it won't be as dramatic a climate difference for everyone so it should not be ruled out for that. Overall 5 Star experience and we had our best family vacation ever.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home in Princeville! Right on a golf course and close to some amazing beaches. I would say it comfortably fits 8 people vs 10 people. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was great! The kitchen was well, accommodated, and the location was great. Just a short trip to the grocery store in Princeville Center and the town/beach of Hanalei. Don’t be concerned if you look at the weather, and it says there’s a chance of rain every day. There are very short, light showers that pass through and only last a few minutes. They were a few times we were swimming in the ocean and in the rain at the same time, but only for a minute or two. It does get a bit warm for my liking at night, and the fans don’t b bc low a lot of air, but definitely not a dealbreaker. I would absolutely stay here again!

Best Vacation Rental Experience

Wonderful property. Would absolutely stay here again. Lots of space for a family to spread out in, beautiful location, easy to get to the Princeville shopping area, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, loads of beach gear. Property managers responded to all requests and questions very quickly. FYI - It is a bit of a walk to Hidden Beach area - down a lot of steps as well. A map to beach access would be appreciated. We found by trial and error. We ended up spending our time on another beach due to easy access from a wedding we attended but there are lots of rentals at Hidden Beach (kayaks,SUP, etc.) as well as a place to eat. HB has a lot of reef though. One of my favorite property rentals ever - for comfort, amenities, location and beautiful surroundings.

Great Place To Stay!

This was a perfect house for my family of ten. The place was beautiful, spacious, very clean and has well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. A convenient location to nice beaches, grocery stores and good restaurants. We love the natural lighting and open feel of the place. We’re thankful to find this on VRBO. I highly recommend it.

The property was beautiful, very clean and plenty of room for all. I cool and the kitchen was nicely stocked except for some big size sauce pans. We ventured all around the island and it was a pretty central location. It would of been nice to have some additional information on all the beaches around the house and with directions on how to get to them. It rained all but one day. That didn’t matter we still had a great time. I would recommend that everyone does the helicopter ride to see the island it is absolutely incredible!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. They have all of the things you need for enjoying the beach…boogie boards, toys, chairs and snorkeling gear.

Great place to stay

We had a family reunion with 10 of us staying at the home. The home is beautiful, the location is great (close to Hanalei), and the views are incredible. When booking the home, the pictures and information are all accurate, but the views from the front lanai are better than expected. The stay was everything we were hoping for. Great house, great host, great location and easy check in and check out.

Honoiki Hawaii Home

This is the third time we have stayed in the Honoiki Road rental. It is our favorite place and this year my son and daughter-in-law were able to join us for one week of the stay. My daughter and son in law and two grandsons have been with me all three stays!!! We love to location which is in walking distance to our favorite beach. This year my son and son in law golfed and we all did the sunset tour one evening.

Amazing Family Vacation

This was the first time in 3 years are whole family traveled together out of state, and this beautiful home made it all so special! We had two kids under 7 and two teenagers and a grandma, and everyone LOVED this home!! I feel that the pictures do not do this home justice, the location and space is amazing. When we travel back to Princeville a big part will be staying in this home again! Thanks so much!!

A beautiful home in paradise

The house was very comfortable, spacious and had great views. We loved the view of the sunset over the golf course and it’s proximity to Hanalei and the beach. We recommended the sun set tour at Makai golf club that brings you around the stunning property and gives you a history about the island.
