Beautiful condo! Very clean and well organized with beautiful furnishings and decor. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the bbq at pool was nice in the evenings. Comfortable beds and linens as well. We would def stay again! We love Princeville area.

This condo had everything that was promised! Good location, the kitchen had everything you needed and more, and the gym and pool are right across the driveway. The gym had a bench, weights, and a bunch of cardio equipment and machines (no towels, mats, or foam roller). We would definitely book again.

Cozy and welcoming property

This was the perfect place for our visit. We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen had all we needed as we prefer cooking our meals (vs going out).The setting is lovely and the patio welcoming. The owners were fabulous to deal with and if we come back to Kauai, we would look to stay here again.

We really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. The place is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Foodland supermarket is nearby, and Hanalei is a short drive. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking a evening walk.

Lovely condo. Great place to enjoy the north shore. Beautiful decorations, comfortable beds, and nice pool area with bbqs. Stocked with some beach items but no cooler or boogie boards.

Condo Paradise

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a great location, spacious, and well stocked with all the things needed to cook and go to the beaches. We loved sitting out on the patio in the mornings and evenings. We were all very comfortable, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and we enjoyed the pool area too. We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time at Ken and Chloe’s condo. We were greeted to a beautiful welcome basket with goodies on arrival. The condo was extremely clean. It had a fully stocked kitchen. There were also numerous beach items, including chairs, towels, coolers, etc. for your stay. There was more than enough space for the four adults as two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms. We enjoyed every morning on the lanai for breakfast. There was fantastic communication with Ken throughout our stay. At one point we had some difficulty with the door lock and he called right away to check on us. Also provided us with great helpful hints for beaches, restaurants, and grocery in the area. The location is perfect. You are extremely close to a grocery store, restaurants, and everything you may need. We are already looking at a stay for next year. Thank you both for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.!!!!

Father/Son getaway

Ken & Chloe were wonderful hosts, we are already discussing a return visit. Their home was clean, well appointed & extremely comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We walked to the artist market on Saturday morning and it was less than 10 minutes to Hanalei, a wonderful town!

Beautiful Condo in a Scenic Neighborhood

The condo was perfect for my stay. One of the few in the area that is air conditioned. The location is very convenient with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The pool and hot tub are so clean and well maintained. We loved this condo and would highly recommend. The owners are friendly and quick to respond.

Family reunion in paradise

My daughter and I had a rendezvous, first since the pandemic. It was peaceful and delightful in every way. The two bedroom two bath layout with LR in between was perfect for our purposes. Location in Princeville convenient to so many attractions that we were interested in.

Beautiful

It is clear that the Ken and Chloe take a lot of pride in their property. They were responsive and had good communication. The kitchen was well stocked and having beach chairs and towels available was very helpful.

Very lovely area and condo.

Had a great time at the property. Took advantage of the pool area,hot tub and also grilled some steaks. Really enjoyed the walking path along the golf course with lovely plants and views. Great breakfast burritos at the gas station in Princeville. Condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your slice of Paradise!

Beautiful condo in the well-groomed town of Princeville. Clean, decorated with beautiful aloha in every room, well appointed with all the necessary beach and kitchen gear, close to Hanalei where we ate a lot and numerous lovely beaches!
