「Clean room. Nice pool and hot tub temperature. Friendly staff and great breakfast! The yogurt machine is so good! And love the coffee bar!」

「Room was clean. There was a pool but the hot tub was working and the breakfast was ok. Staff very nice.」

「The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet.」

「I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. I forgot my phone charger and the guy behind the counter provided me one to borrow for the night. The room was clean and did the job. The only bad part was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable. It was pretty worn down and I could feel the springs and the bar in the center. Because I didn't sleep well, I laid...

「We had a volleyball tournament and stayed just for the night. The hotel is older, but it was updated as much as possible and clean. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. There is an attached bar (we didn’t go) and gas, restaurants and coffee right across the street. It isn’t luxurious but was just fine for the night!! 」

「The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff.」

「The room was a smoking room which i picked, but as soon as you open the door, you got hit with a strong but stale smell of weed. It was so strong that i checked out at 11:15pm after checking in at about 5. Ive stayed at this place before and it was fine, so it may have just been this room as it was the first time i stayed in a smoking room. 」
