This 4-room terraced house offers 100 square meters of beautiful living space, perfect for your vacation. The ground floor features a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and a TV with a flat screen. The large kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is an exit from the kitchen leading to the garden and terrace. The ground floor also includes a shower/WC. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each with sloping ceilings and French beds: one with a 160 cm (length 190 cm) bed, another with a 140 cm (length 190 cm) bed, and the third also with a 140 cm (length 190 cm) bed. There is a separate WC on the upper floor as well.

For your convenience, the property provides a range of amenities to enhance your stay. These include a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer.
