I was woken up at little past midnight to being bitten by a bed bug. I informed the front desk immediately. The man at the counter was apologetic but could not help me in other way except to offer to place my clothes in a dryer. I left immediately!! Had to find another hotel in the middle of the night in Kentucky. It was a horrible experience!

The hotel is under renovation which isn’t mentioned on the website while booking, very disappointing to say the least. The hallway floors are covered by paper and taped down barking dogs along with terrible cooked food smells. The staff was great no complaints there just make sure that you call ahead of time and inquire about the present condition before booking.

The room was clean, but there wasn’t a table and chair. The staff was friendly an accommodating. There was still some renovations going on so some dust but overall everything was good.

Room was clean. Big gap around the heat and cooling unit,had to set temp to 80 to beat the chills off. Free breakfast was not to bad. Room was too dark! Only two lights in the room. (door way, end table). Might reconsider for an over nighter with the wife!

Building apparently under remodel. Not noted on the website. The room I was issued was under construction with holes in the wall and the carpet pulled up at the door with blue tape around the door There was not much options for breakfast menu. Cereal dispenser was empty. Had cold biscuits with watered down gravy

Room REEKED of animals. It is pet friendly but I'm amazed the rooms aren't cleaned better or have designated rooms for pets. Nothing was cleaned right. Hair in the shower, grime in the microwave. The only good thing is the beds were comfortable.

When we arrived on site we realized that the hotel was completely in remodel shambles. Trash and junk all around the outside, half the hotel shut down, protective paper taped to all the floors, breakfast area looked unusable, the office are was in total disarray, there were 5 or 6 cars in the parking lot, and i was afraid that i might get a flat tire as i was trying to leave. I am usually not a complainer. This was inexcusable. I was informed that I would be charged for the room whether or not we stayed. Apparently Expedia is supposed to alert renters of the remodel process. I didn’t see anything about that. Sorry if I missed it, but I wouldn’t even have paid half that price had I known of those conditions. When i said not to charge me because I’m not staying, that started a heated arguement with the staff. Ten minutes later I convinced her to cancel my reservation. I explained that I wasn’t mad at her, but upset with the process. We parted cordially. But what a mess !! All of that could have been avoided.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is under a total renovation. They put us in a room that was on a floor that was a total construction site. No carpet, construction paper taped to the floor. Drywall dust everywhere. Tools on the floor. Drywall dust tracked into our room on the carpet. We did not stay.

The 2nd WORSE hotel I've ever stayed in.....its being remodeled and NOTHING is in order for paying guests. It would have been the worse but there wasn't any bugs in the bed..... I thought a Wyndham property would be better. HORRIBLE

This hotel was completely gutted. Outside wrapped in plastic, inside bare with drywall and paint everywhere. We rode up the elevator and the upstairs was even worse. There was crap everywhere, trash, and old furniture sitting out and again completely gutted. Got into our room and in the bathroom there was an old receipt stuck to the wall. stains all over the bed. The lamps were covered in some disgusting film with splatters all over them. I didn’t even sit on the bed. We grabbed our things and left. luckily about 15 minutes away was an open hotel that blew that S-Hole out of the water. 0/10 recommend.

First off, I’m not one to usually complain about things but this was ridiculous. We weren’t told of the major rentovations going on at the time so we were completely surprised weren’t we arrived 9/21/25. A man named Buford was our saving grace during our week long stay, he got us what we needed when we needed it including ice because there was NO ice machine present. See, we’ve stayed there many times through the years but this time was aweful to say the least. The contractor over the renovation was cool and all but they started work at 0730 and my girl really hated that with loud noise, banging, etc. I just feel we should’ve been warned of the work going on when we spoke to the front desk the times we did in the weeks before our arrival. Anyway, it’s gonna take a year for the renovations to be complete. To whom it may concern Buford needs a raise and I’m serious cause he’s a good man who cares about the room occupants, he went over & beyond to help our stay be somewhat ok. Thank you, Buford !!!!!

This Super 8 is under construction. The lobby was a bit messy and the crew started working again at 8am. And the ice machine is out. That being said, the staff was friendly and check in was very smooth. The rooms felt clean enough and the pillow were plenty fluffy. I zonked out and slept well past breakfast.
