「Friendly and professional staff. Wonderful evening meal (the Halloumi Flatbread was delicious). Good parking, spacious bedroom well appointed. The chilled complimentary fruit juice & water was much appreciated after a 400 mile journey! My only issue was that room 4 was right over the outside seating area and I can only imagine that during World Cup season this could prove to be a problem. As it was I did have the creaking stairs (access for all guests) and loud music blasting from the bar below...

「Couldn’t fault the room and staff at check in/behind the bar. Breakfast let the stay down, waiting nearly and hour for 4 easy breakfast (beans on toast, scrambled eggs and pancakes) and when it finally arrived it wasn’t very nice at all, we did wonder if the scrambled eggs had been dropped on the floor and scraped back on the plate- it looked so bad. Such a shame as the rooms were lovely, very clean and the pub is lovely. I would stay again but wouldn’t be rushing back to have breakfast here.」

「Great stay at the Queens during the Women’s Open. Single room was not large but perfectly adequate for one and had every thing that I needed. Lovely meal in the restaurant one evening and the breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice. Not my first stay here and won’t be the last.」
