「This hotel was awful. I selected pay-at-property and paid in person, but they still charged the card I had registered with Expedia as well. I consider this an unacceptable double charge, and I would never stay here again.」

「A hair dryer was not set in the room.」

「I had booked for 3 nights. Once I reached there I found they had cancelled my first day of booking. They told me that they did not receive payment from expedia and their communication with expedia was broken. Fact is that I was supposed to pay at the time of check-in and not before that. They said they are sold out. This is despite the fact that I had called them 1 day before and confirmed that my booking was in place. So for the first night they sent me to a nearby cheaper hotel.

「The room was nice, also room service available. Staff is also really nice people, overall a pleasant experience, i highly recommend this place」
