The property offers two well-presented bedrooms. Bedroom one features a comfortable king-size bed, while bedroom two includes two single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The property can also accommodate an additional guest upon request at the time of booking using the single sofa bed located just off of the living room. The home also benefits from a well-appointed bathroom, conveniently located to serve both bedrooms and communal areas.



Parking is easy and stress-free, with a private driveway available at the property as well as additional street parking directly outside for extra vehicles or visitors.



Ideally located, Hafan Traeth is just an 8-minute walk from Prestatyn Central Beach, making it perfect for seaside strolls and beach days. The town centre, local shops, cafes, and restaurants are all close by, while popular attractions such as Bodelwyddan Castle (13 km) and Llandudno Pier (39 km) are within easy reach. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, and we ask that guests are respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and early morning.



While dogs are allowed at the property, we kindly ask that they are kept off of furniture during your stay.
