「Check in was OK. Room was not cleaned each day, had to ask for fresh towels, wash clothes, etc. empty trash, etc. Finally ask for a complete room service for the last night and got nothing but fresh towels, Upon checkout property tried to charge $5/night parking fee which was not shown when booking. Since I used a handicap parking place told them they could not charge for a handicap space. No breakfast unless ordered and paid for. Ran between $12-$15 for breakfast plus drinks. We decided to call the hotel front desk from our personal phone to see if the phone ringing would prompt someone to come out, which it did. 「My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Both rooms that were assigned to me had mold and were leaking from the ceiling, making them unacceptable to stay in. The room also had blood stains on both the bed sheets and the mattress, which was very concerning. In addition, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room, and the restroom was not clean upon arrival. Neither of the two TVs in the room worked.
