really basic motel. Advertised services Didn't exist. Pool so cold unusable. No breakfast, cheap packaged 7-11 rejects. Cold non-friendly staff.

Bad experience

Really disappointed. A nice property on the hill, but the lobby was not clean, breakfast was pitiful and nowhere to sit (why no tables or chairs in Arizona)? The coffee machines produce to poorest excuse for coffee that I have ever experienced.

Disappointed.

The check in process was haphazard. The lobby was very dirty each morning—why doesn’t the night crew do any cleaning at all? Pathetic breakfast, and no understanding why no tables or chairs in the breakfast room. Other hotels are fully open and all restaurants are fully open. Great property on the hill. Not a great experience at this hotel.

Beautiful room, very spacious. We got a King size bedroom. The room has a nice couch, a desk, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a comfortable bed. Very clean and they serve a to go breakfast daily. Very nice motel, will definitely stay there again.

The property was nice. However, for the price we paid it wasn’t that nice. Very basic. $500 a night... yes $500! One would have expected bells and whistles. I’ve traveled a lot and never paid this much and have gotten much more for dollar / value.

Very quiet and peaceful area. No road noise and rooms well insulated. Staff are super nice and friendly. Very good breakfast which is a lot better than other hotels that supply you with a bag of carbs. Pool was not heated although the jacuzzi was perfectly hot so that made up for it. WiFi is super low bandwidth so very weak to the point where we couldn’t use it to get on any websites and had to use our own data.

Don’t stay here

Very loud. Thin walls and ceiling. You hear every step the unit above you takes. The front desk people were not friendly. One women had been told a 10% discount because she found trash in the made bed. The staff was argumentative.

The bed was very comfortable, quiet/relaxing. Enjoyed the jacuzzi- what a treat this am! Staff helpful. Breakfast was disappointing- per website- to be a full but due to pandemic was not- nice though to have oranges & yogurt- missed fresh hot oatmeal, eggs/toast... thank you!

Had an issue with a broken toilet seat that caused discomfort for me and my wife and (2) daughters every time we used it but other than that it is a nice hotel very reasonable clean and friendly staff would definitely stay there again thank You for the great hospitality!!!!!

The only problem that we had was the sheets and blankets on the hide a bed were dirty and the end of the hide a bed springs were untached and that made it uncomfortable other then that it was amazing.

Greeted & checked in promptly. Room was clean and relatively comfortable (except for couch, low to floor so hard to get up from & hard throw pillows. Bed & pillows comfy.) Breakfast was minimal: packaged cereal & milk, yogurt, unpalatable muffins, fresh apples, coffee didn't taste the greatest either. We stopped at a grocery to pick up donuts for our 2nd morn breakfast. Ladies very nice at the front desk. Hotel close to Valley of Lights show that we came to see which was nice.

Horrible

This was the worst experience I have had with a hotel in a long time. The front desk woman was so rude, kept saying they were short staffed. The tv was not working so they sent up a housekeeping staff who came in with no mask!! We had to change rooms in the middle of the night. The room was semi clean, not up to covid standards. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here!!

Is there a pillow shortage?

Overall pretty good. The pull out couch seemed a little dirty, and I had a hard time getting extra pillows. Other than that....solid place to stay.
