As you step inside the main level of The Sanctuary at Prescott Downtown, you’re greeted by an expansive living area with tons of natural light, thanks to the vaulted ceilings and a breathtaking wall of windows. The floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace, perfectly located between the main living area and the kitchen, adds a touch of rustic elegance, creating the perfect backdrop for cozy evenings. On the lower level of The Sanctuary, with stair access from the main living area, the garage, AND a separate outdoor entrance, you’ll find the SWEETEST SUITE of all: your own private TWO bedroom/1 BA condo! This welcoming, light, and bright space spans the full length of the home, with a fully-stocked kitchen, a family room with a dining table/workspace, a queen sofa bed, and big screen TV, and airy bedrooms-with-a-view on either end. Bedroom 1 is a great place for the young at heart to hang out, with a large TV that’s great for gaming, Twin Bunk Beds, and Twin Trundle Beds.
