Outdoor Deck: Multiple seating areas for dining and relaxation. Breathtaking views of Thumb Butte and the San Francisco Peaks while you enjoy a BBQ or relax in the hammock. Plenty of outdoor seating for the entire family. ☀️

Second Floor:
Primary Suite: King bed, full bathroom, private and self-sufficient. Perfect for parents or couples seeking a retreat.

Lower Level:
Bedroom 4: Full size bed plus twin bunk beds, ideal for kids.
Game Room: Arcade games, Super Nintendo, board games - a fun hangout for kids and adults alike.🕹
This level leads out to another deck and a fully fenced backyard perfect for the pups. 🐶

This 3-story cabin is perfect for families and friends, offering plenty of space and every amenity for a memorable stay.

You will have access to the entire home during your stay, except for the garage.
Enjoy the seclusion of the forest while located only 9 miles from historic downtown Prescott, a short 15 minute drive.

You will have complete privacy but we live locally and are available 24/7, if needed.

Enjoy the breathtaking Skyline Drive views as you enter the prestigious Highland Pines community. This serene neighborhood is perfect for morning walks and forest adventures. Explore the natural beauty and tranquility that surround you.

Located just off the main road, you`ll need to travel up a non-paved, rocky driveway to reach the cabin. At the top, there`s ample space for turning around in the main parking area. During inclement weather, we highly recommend using a 4x4 vehicle as snow can make the driveway difficult to navigate.

Wonderful and comfortable stay!

The cabin has character and we were so comfortable here. The kids felt like they had their own hang out area downstairs and had a blast. I was worried that we would be cold, but the heating was exceptional. We had all the supplies we needed to cook meals and anything we forgot was there for us to use. The outdoor area has gas fire pits and amazing views. I highly recommend!

Wanted to stay forever!

This precious cabin in the woods is the only place I want to stay from now on when I visit Prescott. Everything you could possibly need was thought of and provided for you. The cabin was so cozy but also spacious enough for the 7 of us. My favorite place was sitting on the well appointed deck with the spectacularly endless views of the forest Do not hesitate to rent this cabin!

Perfect Choice!

Vista Lodge was the perfect choice for a getaway with friends. The description of the patio view as breathtaking is not overstated. Gorgeous! The hosts add special touches inside and out that reflect a true desire for guests to relax and be at home during their stay. We were refreshed by the environment and fully recommend this rental!

Wonderful family time

Vista Lodge is a wonderful place to stay to build fun family memories. We were there for our son's 39th birthday and our 45th wedding anniversary. The views from the deck are incredible, the downstairs area was perfect for the kids. They loved the bunk beds and the play room with games. The family gathering area was so warm and easy to visit and make meals together. They had everything we needed.The fenced dog run was a nice plus. Super easy check in and the hosts had speedy response times. Highly recommend this home! You will enjoy the peace, the privacy and this pleasant property.

Wonderful Stay in a Lovely Cabin

We had a wonderful stay in Josiah and Lindy's lovely, beautifully decorated cabin. The views from the home and deck were just as gorgeous as promised. With three adults and two pups, we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The beds and rooms were very comfortable (my husband couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the sheets smelled—haha!), and the kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking. Thoughtful touches like provided toiletries, extra cozy throws in the living room, a fun game room (great for adults too!), and a fenced-in yard for the pups made our stay even better.As an added bonus, it snowed during our visit, making the experience even more magical! We drove an AWD vehicle in anticipation of the snow, so we can’t say how non-AWD cars would handle the slightly curvy driveway.The hosts' thoughtfulness was evident in every detail, from the well-stocked amenities to the helpful tips on animal and weather safety. Thank you, Lindy and Josiah, for a truly memorable stay! Highly recommend!

AMAZING!!!

We needed a get away. It may have only been one night but it was just as comfortable as our own home with an absolute AMAZING view! The wildlife sounds…the clear skies with cooler temps, and gorgeous stars. Thank you Josiah & Lindy!
