If you keep your eyes open you'll have a great chance to see the family of 8 mule deer that live on the property and dance up and down the adjacent wash.

Perfect location, amazing view, everything was super clean and host was great to get ahold of. There was a few ants in the kitchen but it did just rain so it wasn’t bad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It has wonderful views, very clean, and very well appointed. The location is ideal, very close to everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The host is very nice and communicates promptly. We hope to stay there again when visiting Prescott.

Terrific place to stay in Prescott. The home was clean, spacious and well appointed and the views from the wraparound deck were great; check in and out was easy and Todd made sure to let us know he was available if we needed anything. Perhaps our favorite thing was the location -- it's a short, easy walk to downtown Prescott and its many restaurants and shops. Also, we found 3 convenient restaurants in the neighborhood even closer than downtown. Next time in Prescott we will plan to stay here again.

Great location! Spacious house that was perfect for our group. The house sits up the hill with a private drive, so you feel somewhat secluded. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the wrap around deck. Would not hesitate to stay again.

There are multiple things we loved about this property: spacious, quiet, plenty of parking, access to the garage, dog friendly, fenced yard, the porch and view!, the location, and more! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Would definitely come back again.

We had an issue with one of the beds. Todd responded right away and even drove up to Prescott to take care of our issue. Todd went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.
