When I made the reservations for this property, Susanna promptly replied in a warm, welcoming way. We really enjoyed our stay there. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was very well appointed. I did some cooking while there and had everything I needed. The king bed in the master bedroom was a bit uncomfortable due to a memory foam pad but that would not stop our stay there again. We were close to the historical part of Prescott which was great. We plan on visiting again and would definitely love to stay there.

Property was clean, fully stocked, and cozy, with tons of 100 year old home charm. We loved the side yard and sat out to enjoy the fabulous weather. Home sits on a corner lot with an easy walk to all of downtown and Whiskey Row. We encountered an unexpected plumbing issue during our stay, but the owner jumped right on it and got it repaired quickly. Five stars for responsiveness.

In my opinion, the home is the nicest in the neighborhood. It is very well kept inside and out. It is located on a corner lot. The street on the north side is Carleton, which is a busy street during the daytime; though it does get quieter after 10pm until daybreak.The location for us is very good since we spend a lot time after 5pm within the Courthouse Sqaure area enjoying life. The walk is a nice about 10 minutes endeavor.We feel the value of staying at this home is a very good when compared to staying at other homes within the immediate area.

Cute home. Very convenient to down town. We do have a couple take it or leave it suggestions. Check out time seems a little early. Have never had a check out time earlier than 10 AM at anywhere I have ever stayed in the past. Bathroom very cramped. Suggest removing pedestal sink and replace with sink vanity that has a couple drawers or shelves for shaving/ toiletry bags. Put shower instructions in phone info too! I didn’t know there was a book with added info and could never get shower to work first night. Wife found info in book but I had just used phone info.

Not as avertised

No air conditioning. Owner would not refund stay had to het refunded through VRBO for false advertisment. Hope this helps!

This property is well appointed,clean and a awesome spot to be within walking distance to downtown. It is a bit of a walk, but definitely doable. I suggest wearing good comfortable walking shoes due to the fact that the sidewalks are uneven in some areas. I look forward to staying at Suzanna's place again.

Convenient location!

This house had everything we needed. We loved being able to easily walk downtown. The king size bed is very soft, but it ended up being ok to sleep on. We felt cozy and comfortable and really enjoyed our stay here.

The home was cozy and reminded me of my Grandparents, it even smelled like their home. It was very clean and had everything I needed in the kitchen and linens.The neighbor hood was quiet and went for a walk with my dog and felt very safe.

Great Little Space

This was a perfect space for us. It is an older home but well maintained. It is cozy but had penty of space for us. It is in a residential neighnorhood just a few blocks from the heart oif downtown Prescott. The host Suzanna was great to work with. Very happy.
