「Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Spa war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!」

「Huone oli epäsiisti. Yksitoikkoinen Aamiainen. Henkilökunta ystävällinen.」

「Worst experience ever. The locals in Pristina don’t recommend this area at all, and we can confirm after our stay. The room was not clean, towels had stains and the bathroom was filled with hair and bugs. And bonus: no English speakers at all.」

「Fabulous staff, huge breakfast, airport shuttle super easy (although had to call up to check as no response on email or Expedia messages) and I’d use again. Only issue for us was very hot rooms with the air con not working but you luckily could open a window.」

「I had such a wonderful experience staying at Luso Hotel! Communication was excellent, with incredibly fast responses and a smooth, easy check-in process. A special thank you to Edon, who checked us in and went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, even helping us carry our bags upstairs to our rooms and back down to...

「Great.」

「The staff were so kind and attentive. Since I had an early flight, I couldn't have breakfast, but they made me a delicious cappuccino. It was wonderful to relax outside in the fresh morning air before leaving. Highly recommended!」

「Very nice staff. Room has awkward smell but we told them and they changed it next day. Restaurant was nice but in room dining is very confusing」

「zimmer sauber, parkplätze gratis und immer vorhanden, personal freundlich, einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor ort oder sehr nahe.」
