Located on the first floor, this 24m² mountain studio comprises a living/dining room with sofa bed and double bunk bed, open-plan kitchen, alcove with double bunk bed, bathroom with bath and separate WC.

Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop, which is free in winter and will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz-Sur-Arly.
The flat is around 700 metres from the village, 1.4 km from the ski slopes and 1.6 km from the summer swimming lake.
You will benefit from a private ski locker as well as an underground parking space and an outdoor parking space shared with the residence.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
