The only issue we experienced was with the room key, which was extremely difficult to use. It rarely unlocked the door on the first attempt, and when we first arrived, it took us nearly 30 minutes to get into the room.
Unfortunately, the owner was only available until 4:00 p.m., and it was not possible to reach them by phone or any other means afterward. As a result, we had to figure out the problem on our own.
Other than this issue, everything was excellent, and we were very satisfied with our stay.
