「Sorbeto it’s a beautiful spacious property with incredible views of vineyards from the garden.Mattia is an excellent host. We were delayed on Easter, but he still met us and welcomed us warmly. "バスルームが狭く、部屋に設置されているバスローブを掛ける場所もないのが残念です。空調が全館一律に行われているようで、個別の切り替えができなくて空調の音が大きく気になりました。フロントスタッフも個人差があり、凄く気配りのできる方と素っ気ない対応の方に分かれた気がします。エクスペディアの予約の際、税金を除く全額を支払済みとして、チェックアウトの際に現金で税金分を支払ったが領収書などは貰えなくて、税金だからといってないのか?と疑問に思いました。建物は1804年に建立されたもので見事です。最上階からの景色は格別で思わず声を上げるほどで、ここが朝食会場となりますが、少し狭いのを我慢すれば料理を含め素晴らしいです。"

"フィレンツェの玄関サンタマリアノベッラ駅とドゥオーモの中間にあります。古い建物ですが、部屋の内部は現代的。　アイロンのピリッと効いたイタリアらしいシーツや枕カバー、24時間使えるコーヒーマシン付きの朝食の間にはテーブルクロスのかかった机や椅子が多数あり芸術的にも素晴らしい天井画が私たちを楽しませます　スタッフの皆さんのキビキビした働きぶりや笑顔に加えて、部屋に置いてあるサンティッシマアンヌンツアイータのアメニティのいい香りもこの旅行の思い出になりました。良いものを手を加え、次の時代に引き継いでいくという大切さを感じた旅行でした。"
