Very central to Prato. Lovely period features. Nice roof top terrace. I stayed in an apartment on the 1st floor overlooking the main road. It was very noisy. People on the street from a nearby bar were out until 1am - just talking but it came through to the room. A set of earplugs allowed me to sleep on the second night. I think there should be a warning for that room to say that it is noisy. Otherwise guests will be shocked.

Perfect place for perfect relaxation

This cute hotel satisfied all my needs for that business trip in Prato. I felt welcome right away, Chiara has been in contact all along before my arrival and provided good tips for dining. The location is perfect, it is located less than 10 mn walk from the train station. Chiara recommended "Le Barrique" which is just round the corner for all day lunch/diner. Good food and wine, good music and the staff is very friendly. The room provided was extremely clean, with solid wood furniture ( nothing to do with those pre made furniture you can find in some modern hotels) which gave a personal touch to it. I am very picky on the cleanliness and this place was just perfect. Internet runs smoothly. the room is spacious. There was a fitted kitchen with all the necessary, odd mugs for sure but everything was spotless. Chiara gave me her personal number to contact for any problem, I whatsapped her to book another emergency night and she responded right away. Great room, great service, great people in the city. Totally recommending it!!

Fantastic staff and a brilliant location

The staff were most helpful, providing advice on where to hire bikes and always going that extra mile to make sure I had what I needed. They were very responsive and friendly. The location in the middle of the historical centre was sensational, waking up to the church bells and stepping out immediately onto the busy pedestrian street I couldn't have been happier.

Value and location

Fantastic location and superb value. These are traditional apartment so don't expect it to be like a hotel! That said they are clean, everything works and little extras like the lift, childrens toys downstairs and "mini gym" will appeal to some. Roof terrace is fantastic. Easy to get to Florence/Pisa/Rome via Train and regular bus to Florence airport. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Prato hidden gem

Very pleasant friendly place to stay in Prato. English speaking hosts who helped to organise a driver when needed. Best air-con in any hotel - very important when was 39C outside!!!
