"This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. "Situated in a great location, The villa itself was fully equipped with everything you need for day to day living, but you must understand this property, which is at the top of a mountain village, is simple, but spacious, with a rustic feel. Elizabeth is a great communicator, who is more than happy to answer any questions at anytime, and is always available to support if needed. Pay attention to the directions given to find the house, especially if using the road less travelled that takes you to the back of the property. It’s a drive that needs calm and confidence, as does the short walk on the sloping path down to the back of house. Whilst it may feel at first like a long way up, it’s worth every effort! If peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle is what your looking for this is a great place to be. The location gives you the best of both the mountains and the sea. There are a plethora of stunning beaches to choose from if you can ever pull yourself away from the sensational unspoilt views from the terrace and the pool at the property. Ideal place for couples, families or friends that are looking for a place to unwind, relax and have a truly peaceful break. "

"Our stay at Agroktima was a very unique experience. The cottage house has a beautiful architecture, the area was very peaceful and had an amazing view of the mountains. The staff were super friendly and treated us like family. The way the breakfast was served was very unique, as they had all products from the farm, and everything was very tasty. I highly recommend staying at this place for anyone who wants to experience a unique local place."

One night we had Mrs. Stella prepare us a fantastic meal, she catered to specific requests and requirements in terms of allergies with ease. She also comes every lunchtime to tidy and clean, bringing hotel quality to the stay. The pool is cleaned and grounds maintained every few days, too. The nearby village, a short walk along the beach and up some steep steps, provides amenities and restaurants. We were in town during the low season, so these were only really open at the weekend. Nafplio, the incredible old capital of Greece, is a 20 min drive across the bay and is stunning. "

"What a wonderful experience. Tyros is a must see town on the coast. Quiet, picturesque and calming. This hotel makes you feel special. 5 star service from all of their staff. The room was super comfortable with a great bed (best of 8 hotels in Greece). Daily breakfast included fresh squeezed OJ, hot rolls, fresh fruit and a nice selection of eggs, meat and cheeses. Great coffee too, all served on their roof top terrace. What a view. Will be back in the future with the grand kids. The ocean is mere feet away with an ocean front boulevard chock a block full of restaurants. Enjoyed our stay. "
