The house is beautiful, everything was perfect! Great location, came in for a Chiefs game, already planning on coming back next year! Our host Jake was awesome, very kind and very communicative!

Our family enjoyed the home and time together. Great location and plenty of space. All areas were well stocked with essential items from kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. There had been some basement water damage due to severe rains but that had been fixed and our host was very concerned about our comfort and immediately took care of any and all of our concerns.

GRADUATION STAYCATION

Our daughter graduated from KU School of Nursing so we rented the VRBO in order to have a central location to congregate, enjoy meals and host an after graduation get together for her friends. The VRBO was perfect. The location, communication and amenities were excellent. Highly recommend this VRBO.

House was great! We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town. The house was stocked with everything you could think of and kids loved the basement so much. We had a blast! Communication was also very good.

Amazing house and hosts. We had to cancel our inital trip becuase of weather and our host Jake was so helpful and accomedating. They have thought of everything and go out of their way for guests to feel comfortable and welcomed. Best VRBO experience since I started using VRBO. Thank you Jake!!

The home was beautiful and perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the game area and the back yard. Perfect location for a walk and close by for food & groceries. 15 - 20 min drive to the stadium and the plaza area. Owners made it easy to check-in and check-out.

This property was a 10 out of 10 everything about it was perfect. It was the most well-stocked home I have ever stayed in. The only thing I wish is that I would’ve been able to enjoy the house more as I was at a work conference and gone a lot. I highly recommend this home.

The owner Jake was very responsive and helpful. The house was great and was supplied with everything we needed. We used the firepit outside, and in the kitchen we had smore kits waiting for us. How cool is that? We didn't use the hot tub, but the deck and outside area was very nice. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood and I took long walks every day. I highly recommend!

Family Gathering

We were in Kansas City to visit with family and this property was beyond outstanding. Immaculate, well appointed, private, great amenities, comfortable, close to stores, parks, restaurants, and it was a fun place to hang out and play. Property managers were communicative, available and accommodating to our family. We will plan another stay here in the future as it exceeded our expectations.

Amenities galore, great hot tub, plenty of towels, bed and bedding were great, plenty of TV screens, games, etc. We had a flood warning, slight temporary water issue, owner was very responsive. We didn't use the fire pit, but look forward to when we are in Kansas City overnight again. Very convenient to nice shopping areas & good dining out options. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say it deserves a 12.

Perfect for our group!!

Awesome experience, perfect setup for our large group with ample space to either have time apart or together. Comfy beds, plenty of bathroom space for a larger group, little extras that made us feel at home. Great communication, flexibility and counsel if we needed anything. Thank you!!
