Welcome to NWA! This is a new construction townhome, conveniently located to all NWA has to offer! Quick access to I-49 and U of A via Hwy 62, close to Historic downtown Prairie Grove and Battlefield Park. Spacious Interior with dining area and living space downstairs and 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms upstairs. This home boasts a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and views of battlefield park. The second bedroom includes two double beds and is adjacent to hall bathroom.

The property was clean and had great amenities, beds were very comfortable. Not a big deal, but I just wish there was more furniture to sit on in the front room, another comfy chair, or a larger couch for adults. But did not take away from my rating.

This is the second time we have stayed here and LOVED it!! This will be my home away from home when we come for a weekend visit! Straight shot down Martin Luther King Blvd to the college and only takes about 10 minutes. The host were so kind when we forgot a phone and they had the house unlocked for us so we could go back and get it.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Both bathrooms are upstairs and nice. Someone with physical limitations may find this inconvenient- it was fine for us. Nice rail on stairs and good lighting. Very convenient location for Fayetteville area. Quiet area. Felt safe and comfortable.

Perfect for our needs

Unit was clean and provided all we needed. It had a long stairway to upstairs bedroom and that was a small challenge but we are old and less spry than we once were. It certainly should not be a problem for most.

Family Trip

Our family had a wonderful stay at the townhouse! Perfect amount of space and great location. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beds slept great and having a washer/dryer was a big plus. We would stay here again next time we’re in town!

Perfect for our needs!

This townhouse worked for so well for our family while we visited the Fayetteville area. Things we liked about this property: location, enough beds, and bathrooms, workable kitchen, and large dining table, comfortable beds. Hope to come again.

Great location

Wonderful property with extremely quiet neighbors. We never heard a peep! We were in town for the reenactment at Battlefield State Park and loved that the more enthusiastic members of our group could just walk to the park anytime they wanted, instead of needing to wait for a ride. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

This is a great space for family. We were in town visiting family so it was nice to have our own space so close to family. Four of us fit very comfortably. It felt homey with comfortable beds and furniture. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, so that is something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Cutest little place

We were extremely happy with our stay! The location was awesome. The house was very clean, very up to date the beds were all comfortable. They thought of everything from tooth paste and body wash if you forgot to pack your own. We will definitely stay again when back in the Fayetteville area!

Family weekend

Melissa was great and left us a game day bag full of goodies for family weekend! House was comfortable and environs and clean. I appreciated they didn’t jack up the price for family weekend like most people did. The drive to campus was very easy. We will be back!
