"We stopped here for a night while traveling. The room was clean and easy check in. We like the open to the parking lot because we have a dog. You have to remember this is an older motel so the lighting is darker. We loved a TV that actually worked and we didn't have to mess with a dish."

"I've traveled to Algona before and stayed in the hotels, which were nice, but this stay was my favorite so far. The home is close to everything in town. It has a very charming feel and very comfortable to hang out with family. The host is very proactive and helpful with anything you need. The house is well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again if I ever came to Algona. And probably one of the best reasons to stay here is the garage if you were here during the very hot or very cold months, your car will stay in a very nice clean environment and you'll never be scraping ice or snow off the windshield.. The neighborhood is very quiet. I can't say enough good things about this VRBO. "
