The place is huge, well above average for the region.

Clean, well maintained garden, astonishing views. Kitchen is well equipped, including a dish washing machine. The rooms are big and comfortable. However, the best part of the house is the service the Francesco provides! He’s always ready to help with anything, from reliable drivers to amazing recommendations! It’s worth staying there just to have Francesco helping!

Family reunion

I chose the Amalfi coast to host my family reunion with members flying in from South Africa, Germany, France and the UK. I last came here as a kid 55 years ago and fell in love with it. Praiano is an ideal location with plenty to do and away from the tourists! Casa Giorgia with 3 separate self-contained villas was an ideal location and SMAAC are a superbly professional and responsive host.

This villa is perfect for a large group.

There were a perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and there were great communal spaces to all hangout in! The SMAAC team was EXTREMELY helpful when we got stuck in Salerno. They quickly found us a ride so that we would arrive on time. They responded quickly and were so kind. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home, the host Francesco was very responsive and took great care of us and our stay. Our A/C did not work in the upper room and in the summer it feels horrible but they came in and took care of it right away. Love the stay thank you!! We had a group of 10 people:)

The view was spectacular. The accommodations were nice. Found the place clean and the host responsive. Some of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Mattresses need to be replaced. Patio furniture needs to be d as most of the loungers were broken and could not be used.

Incredible stay!

Incredible stay mad even better with the outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us book activities and taxis in the areas. Host was so helpful with tips on things do to on the area and helped us arrange for a private transfer to the airport when we were leaving and even to get around the city. Nice and spacious great for a large group but still offers privacy with 3 individual apartments . This house is a 15 min walks downhill to the marina and some places to get along the way however the walk back up is very strenuous! (Not suitable for older people) but there a bus station just at the end of the driveway less than a 1 min walk to get the bus which can take you all the way to positano.downtown area, very easy to navigate . Overall great place and helpful host!

Casa Giorgia - great location and views

The villa worked out well for our family. The location was great as we preferred the quieter Praiano to the noise and congestion of Positano. The location was also in the middle of the Amalfi Coast so made traveling to other areas easy. Views were spectacular and enjoyed sitting out at night with views of the sea. The layout was essentially 3 separate villas joined by outside stairs. Agree with a prior review that the mattresses were quite hard. Also a little more attention to details would have been appreciated by the property administrator. The coffee pots did not quite work, one washing machine did not work, one shower very slow draining and villa was equipped with only the bare minimums. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and would recommend it for the location and views.

Praiano stay :)

Praiano is a cute town and is less busy than Amalfi and Positano. The location of this house in the center of Praiano. The beach is about a 20 minute walk with lots of stairsthe town has an internal bus van/bus. The place is accurate to the pictures. There are lots of steep stairs - this was fine for our group. The view of the Mediterranean is beautiful and worth the climb. Note - we rented the whole house and it is 3 distinct areas, again worked well for our big group. Make sure you read the descriptions. The AC works well, a definite plus. The communication with Francesco at SMAAC was excellent. Answered all my questions quickly. He also went above and beyond and mailed back our clothes we left there. Excellent service - thank you!! If you plan to cook a lot, the kitchen is missing some essential tools (cheese grater and spatulas) not a huge deal.
