Estrutura ótima mas precisa de melhorias gerencial

O local é ótimo, a piscina muito boa, a estrutura apesar de antiga é charmosa, os funcionários atenciosos, porém fiquei em um quarto que supostamente teria um ventilador, bom até tinha porém era de teto e funcionava muito devagar, não conseguimos dormir direito a noite por conta do calor. Tem salão de jogos no entanto é difícil desfrutar dele pois as mesas são praticamente encostadas umas nas outras, no primeiro dia de minha estadia funcionou bem o salão, ventilado e tudo e mesmo com as dificuldades das mesas conseguimos jogar um pouco, no segundo dia os dois ventiladores não estavam funcionando, e no terceiro dia as oito da noite o salão já estava fechado. O portão de acesso ficava constantemente fechado, claro que o rapaz da portaria sempre abria, sempre muito educado, porém é uma situação desconfortável (mesmo entendendo que é por segurança), o local tem de tudo pertinho, é perto da praia que é muito boa por sinal. Queria deixar dicas pra quem gerencia o local: coloque ventiladores potentes nos quartos, arrume aquele salão de jogos, coloque uma mesinha pequena e ao menos duas cadeiras nos quartos (para quem for pedir i-food). Funcionários sempre educados e atenciosos.

Experiência péssima, o quarto parece uma sauna, um ventilador de teto horroroso que só faz barulho, enfim, foi uma estadia para esquecer, não recomendo.

Experiência agradável

Experiência agradável, funcionarios muito atenciosos. Algumas melhorias no ambiente são necessarias como frigobar em todos os guartos ( fez muita falta) e os travesseiros e colchoes bem firmes incomodaram um pouco para dormir, 5 minutinhos a pé para praia nao achamos distante , comercio proximo com muitas variedades de refeicoes e sobremesas. No geral gostamos muito, com certeza retornaremos quando possivel.

Pessoas excelentes no atendimento.

Atendimento nota 10 em todas as situações. Piscina e sala de jogos nota 10. O quarto muito limpo, mas muito usado. Não demonstra boa impressão. Talvez uma reforma seria melhor. Não me atentei a não ter frigobar que fez falta. O preço está bom. Se tiver condições volto com certeza.
