"City house is new and spotless. The beautiful decor and light make it feel very luxurious. The view from the balcony was wonderful, in the morning for coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. It is an easy quick walk to the city center with free parking in the rear of the rental. I would return. "

"The home was as described in listing. More than enough space for my family. Home was clean, well stocked with needed items in kitchen, bath, etc. Clothes washer and dryer a plus. Sandra, the host, was easy to deal with and attentive to requests in a timely manner. Home is located on a busy street next to a deli/shop, so expect some foot/vehicle traffic in area. Also very close to Continente market, which my wife compared to a Target back in the US... very useful with everything you need. Overall...

"This cozy little one bedroom home was perfect for my stay on Terceira Island. I stayed for two weeks and had all of the amenities. Only a seven minute walk to the nearest restaurant and grocery store. My host Andre was above expectations. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him.
