Nice hotel, walking distance to the old town and directly next to the tram. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that it was advertised as having a gym and sauna, but when I got there its an extra charge to use them (which wasnt obvious at the time of booking). Not a deal breaker, would stay again

Great room and pretty hotel. Breakfast quite all right. Perfect location. The Wi-Fi was completely useless- very slow when usable but practically not to any use, sadly.

A good comfortable hotel

A 3 day business trip, the hotel provided an excellent and convenient base. The room was comfortable and with good facilities. Breakfast had a good range of options, except on the last day when a number of the items had run out and were not replenished. This hotel is recommended

Budget friendly decent hotel in Prague.

Stayed 4 nights for couples long weekend. About 15-20 minute leisurely stroll into old town. Lovely restaurants and pubs on the way. Team outside hotel. Supermarket just around the corner. Hotel was comfy, slightly dated in places but perfectly clean. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom with bath, shower, toiletries, hairdryer etc. fridge, mini bar, safe, and own balcony. Big room with lots of storage space. Breakfast was decent, eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, salad, pastries, cereal, toast, cold meats and cheeses. Bar was good also and reasonably priced. Check in smooth. Nice staff. Would definitely stay again.

The Grand exterior unfortunately does not meet the interior standard. While the traditional furniture does add charm to the spacious room the road noise from the adjacent highway and the paper thin curtains do not make for a peaceful sleep. A handheld over the bath shower could also be improved. A welcome smile or just a happy face at reception might have helped a little but even this was missing. The 4* rating is a little misleading.
