I have traveled many different countries and stayed in many hotels and apartments hotels. This place was lacking and was nothing like the pictures. Needs major upgrades and information for its guest. The room was musty and dirty floor. Bugs flying around.

Nice little apartment/suite. We appreciated the kitchen and separate bedroom area. Good access to tram stops, grocery store and restaurants.

Terrible service. When I arrived, I entered the code to unlock the door—an old wooden door—but it seemed to be stuck. I would hear a click indicating it had unlocked, but when I pushed it, it wouldn't open; this happened to me several times. I called the contact number I had been given, and I was answered by a man with an abysmal attitude. He yelled at me over the phone, insisting that he had already sent me the instructions, that I should read them, and that there was nothing else he could do. I explained the trouble I was having with the door, but he repeatedly shouted that it wasn't his problem and hung up on me. I felt utterly desperate; it was my first time in the country, I was all alone, and it was nearly dark. I called him back and explained the whole situation again—that I was a solo tourist visiting his country for the first time, that I had just endured a 16-hour flight, that night was falling fast, and that I didn't know what to do. He was incredibly cruel to me; he shouted "Listen to me! Listen to me!" twice, repeated the same line—"I sent you the instructions; I can't do anything else for you"—and hung up on me once again. In the end, I simply left and went to another hotel. I filed a claim for a refund through the Expedia app, but the hotel representative told them that the booking was non-refundable. All in all, it was a complete disaster.

4 stars for its generous space at a very convenient location. Lovely parks & all sorts of shops & restaurants along the tram route for local tastes. 10 mins by tram to main tourist area, or you can walk too. #59 then #26 you're almist at its door from the airport. Very easy to find. The owner texts you upon your arrival (not before that) to give room number & door code etc so make sure you've data mobile or using wifi at the airport first. Good for large group travel given the space. It's like a home with old features but it's very clean. The building itself is charming. Very safe to walk around. I used senior prices for public transportation and tourist tickets around which was a bonus. They probably need to change some of the old sheets though I believe that they're clean.

Sehr großzügiges Appartement. Tolle Erreichbarkeit der online Rezeption . Sehr gemütliche Betten und guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche . Sichere und saubere Nachbarschaft mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr schöne Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Café Chleba & maslo ist sehr zu empfehlen. Nettes Personal, tolles Ambiente und hervorragende Qualität!

Great stay

Amazing value for price. Rooms were spacious and with great amenities. Check in was very easy and I was even allowed early, which I appreciated. Easy to get to from the airport and public transport to city centre was right around the corner. Very close to grocery stores, restuarants, post office and a lovely park as well.

Mükemmel bir yerdi. İnanılmaz konforlu ve temiz. Sizin rahatlığınız için her şey düşünülmüştü. Bayıldım… Şehir merkezine ister 15-20 dakika kadar yürüyebilir veya otelin hemen arka tarafından tramvayla istediğiniz tarafa ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Konum, konfor, temizlik tek kelimeyle cidden müthiş… Kesinlikle tercih edilmesi gereken bir otel.
Yatak odaları bu şekildeydi. İçerisi gerçekten ev gibi: salonu, mutfağı… inanılmaz konforlu.
