Good clean space. Stayed with teenage kids who shared the 2nd bed. Not overly big, a little pokey but manageable. Nice main bedroom. The second queen bed is big and comfortable but it's in the dining/kitchen/area and the bathroom is also there, which offers little privacy and ensures that whoever is sleeping in that room will wake up when anyone else uses the bathroom at night.

This place was beautiful. This apartment was huge for our family of four. It was super clean and modern. Having a washing machine and drying rack to use was a bonus. This place is within walking distance of the Charles Bridge and the old town. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Unfavourable customer service

We didnt get to stay so this review focuses on customer care. Only once before have we had to change a date at a hotel in Prague. We stay there every couple of weeks. I had booked non-refundable which was obviously my mistake. My husband gave me the wrong date so I needed to change to the following day. In the place where we usually stay, changing to the next day would not have been a problem. We werent asking for a refund and there were rooms available for the following day so this could have been a quick fix. The response from customer services was flat out "no". We had chosen this hotel for a change - to try somewhere different. They wont be getting our regular business now and I dont recommend them purely because I found their customer services attitude unhelpful. I find that its often the staff who make a place worth revisiting and its a shame that I dont feel that this hotel is customer focused.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante decepcionante. O processo de check-in foi muito ruim. Não recebi nenhum e-mail informando que era necessário fazer um check-in antecipado e, por isso, tive que pegar um táxi até outro local, a cerca de 2 km de distância, apenas para conseguir acessar o quarto. Além disso, o quarto não possui ar-condicionado, o que torna a estadia desconfortável em dias quentes. O banheiro parece improvisado: a descarga faz muito barulho devido a uma bomba de água, e a área do chuveiro é extremamente pequena. É difícil tomar banho sem esbarrar constantemente no registro, fazendo com que a temperatura da água mude entre quente e fria o tempo todo. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas.

Es war schon okay außer das wir nur ein Klappbett für die 5 Person bekommen haben finde ich eine Frechheit und es war halt sehr laut bis um 6 in der früh wegen unseren Nachbarn. Aber sonst war alles super:)
