We started with the family for two nights and all are happy with the experience. Very clean, freshly remodeled, and well set up. Very quiet area. A lot of restaurants and walking distance from everything. I’d especially recommend the breakfast in the bistro- fit US it was included in the stay. Very artisan and tasty!

This is a numa operated hotel. It is an old apartment that has been redone and turned into a boutique hotel. The concierge is all virtual and our check in and out were both super smooth with no issues. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby that is open all day and great/cozy. The location is great and slightly out of the square/tourist frenzy areas so it is very convenient. We had a lovely time here and loved our stay. Highly recommend!!!

The room is so big and comfy and appreciate how helpful Numa CS was during my stay. However, my stay wasn’t entirely the best I had. There were a couple of issues during my stay and would be great if Numa can be more aware to ensure other travellers had a great experience. 1) The lights in my bathroom was flickering and unfortunately no work on weekends so I needed to wait until Monday to get that handled. 2)

Overall a great stay in a good location.

12-15 mins walk from the main train station. Many food places nearby, including a great kebabs place for late night suppers. The morning breakfast options are decent and it’s really a lovely restaurant downstairs. Room is spacious and comfortable, and the virtual reception desk was prompt in responding to issues that cropped up during our stay and resolved it satisfactorily. Would be great if the chatbot was a little smarter though, we kinda got into an endless loop conversation with the bot at times. The old school elevator was Fun!

Great, good location, comfy and quiet. The only 2 negative were : self check in, but we never got the email 24h prior to arrival, part of the check in required a local phone number which tourist doesn't have. We manage to get in after 90 minutes, its exhausting after a long journey. Second negative if that's there is no clean up, so staying for 5 nights we had to look up for stuff like toilet paper. Except those 2 points, absolutely great!

The rooms are spacious and the apartment was clean and easily accessible, in a beautiful part of Prague. Gorgeous bay window seat that you can look out into the street. Walking distance to the metro, Old Town Square and some wonderful restaurants (would recommend Alforno Trattoria on the corner!) We had a really great trip and fitted lots into four days (it wasn’t enough and we should have stayed longer!) The staff that we met were very polite and went out of their way to help. Communication is all through the Numa app, which is easy to navigate. The only issues we had were with noise - the Bistro downstairs which served AMAZING breakfasts was sometimes open very late for private bookings (which wasn’t in the property description) and the air conditioning wasn’t operable at this time of year (April) and turned off by Numa. The rooms got quite warm, but with the windows open the gorgeous St. Peter at Porici Bell Tower (which is metres away) chimes every 15 minutes and obviously extra on the hour through the night. (Problem would have been easily solved if the windows could be shut and their aircon on). Probably wouldn’t recommend at this time of year for light sleepers, younger children (we have an older teen) or those adverse to earplugs! Other than that, a wonderful trip!
