The room was perfect, and the mattress was so comfortable! The location of the hotel is perfect. We saved it for our last two days so we were close to the castle for exploring and it worked out so well!

The Golden Key was central but tucked away so it felt like a reprieve from long days touring. Its proximity to the castle made it great for evening strolls to take in the view. The room was well equipped with a coffee maker and mini fridge. We appreciated the wine and snacks provided in our room upon arrival. We also enjoyed the large selection of food for breakfast. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool in July. Lastly, the king size bed was so comfortable - one of the best that I’ve ever slept on and the sheets were smooth against the skin. We loved this place and hope to return!

Habitación acogedora, limpia, hermosa. El personal fue muy amable y siempre atento para ayudar. El desayuno era un festín delicioso, había mucho de dónde escoger y todo estaba fresco y delicioso. Es un gran hotel, localizado en una zona hermosa, fácil de llegar, puedes llegar caminando a todos lados, nos encantó!

This was a great stay--my favorite aspects were being able to open all the windows for some fresh air as well as how comfortable the bed was (on the firm side). The room was also a bit bigger than expected which is always nice.

cannot say enough good about our stay! The staff were super kind and helpful, they provide you a drink of prosecco on arrival which was very nice. No extra cost to hold our luggage when we arrived early, and breakfast was included. The room was spacious and very clean, and the location was in the beautiful mala strana area away from the business of old town but close enough to the sights!! 10/10 stay and would recommend.

This is one of the hotels that has been cobbled together from a number of older buildings, but it has an elevator and our room was renovated and up to date. The location is excellent for visiting the castle, but be warned it is an uphill walk from Old Town and Charles bridge. Staff members were helpful and the included breakfast was outstanding, with something for everyone. We enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, the staff were extremely unhelpful throughout our stay, particularly the blonde woman at the front desk. Nearly every request was met with an eye roll or dismissive attitude—from asking for additional room keys and cards to paying €50 to add another guest to our room. The complete lack of hospitality was disappointing; honestly, we have received warmer service at hostels. Although the room appeared clean, there were numerous bugs, and the Wi-Fi did not work. If you work remotely or need reliable internet, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. When we asked the staff for help with the Wi-Fi, the response was simply, “No,” with no attempt to troubleshoot or offer an alternative. Even if I were offered a complimentary stay, I would not return. We stayed at Design Hotel Neruda Prague on our first night, and it was significantly better for only about €20 more. I highly recommend spending the small difference for a much more comfortable and welcoming experience.

Kahvaltısı enfestii kendimi Türkiyede gibi hissettim.Çalısanlar aşırı güleryüzlüydü özellikle resepsiyondaki bayan Markette çok ilgilendi.Odalar inanılmaz temizdi, ve ikramları çok kibardı. Sadece birazcık soguktu sanırım mevsim geçişiyle alakalı bir durum. Lokasyonu özellikle mükemmel hiç bir yere arac kullanmadan rahatca gittim. Yine gidersem yine tercih ederim.Teşekkürler

I stayed in Golden keys hotel for three nights with my teenage daughter and absolutely loved it! Front desk staff, especially Olga were very helpful! They gave me a map of the city and offered different side seen tailored to our preferences. I was greeted with a glass of wine and was able to leave the luggage with reception until the check-in time. Breakfast was delicious! Great variety of food including different salads, fish, and low calorie options. Room was beautiful, sparkle clean with a great views. Bed was very comfortable. Entire hotel has a “castle like” look, you feel like you step back in time. Excellent location, five minutes walk to the castle, old center and major attractions. At night, nice and quiet, despite central location. I give this hotel a 5 star rating and definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for a great hotel with good breakfast and will definitely return to it!

We hade a lovely stay at The Golden Key Hotel in Prague! It is a really cool experience living in a building that old. The things that really stood out was: * the cleanliness - so fresh already at the lobby with a wonderful smell. * the location, so close to Charles Bridge, the Castle etc. * the view from our room (19). * the manager, such a lovely woman 🥰 * THE BED AND SHEETS 😍 Never have I ever slept at a hotel with that quality of beds and linen, felt like a princess! The only things I would have wanted is a little richer breakfast with more vegetarian options and the possibility to make tea at the room. But that's small details, over all we are more than satisfied - 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - would really recommend! Best wishes, Alexandra and Majken from Sweden
