Nice hotel close to downtown. Parking was really tight but having your car that close in downtown was great. Would revisit again.

Sehr schönes Hotel- etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und man hat viel Platz, allerdings merkt man hier und da (zum Beipiel an den Fliesen im Bad & den leichten Rissen in den Tapeten). Der „Fitnesstaum“ ist ehr ein kleiner Albtraum. Die Sauna reicht für zwei Personen und kann ohne Aufpreis genutzt werden. Hier sitzt man allerdings im Dunkeln, da das Licht vermutlich schon längere Zeit defekt ist. Das Frühstück vom Büffet war super- auch Glutenfreie Backwaren wurden hier angeboten. Allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum durch die gegebene Raumaufteilung etwas eng und dadurch unentspannt. Trotz all dieser „Kleinigkeiten“ würden wir dieses Hotel ein zweites Mal besuchen.

Perfekte Lage, toller Service!

Das Hotel ist genau das, was wir von Prag erwarten - Altbau mit hohen Decken, von unserem Zimmer hatten wir Blick auf die Moldau. Sehr freundliches Personal, zuvorkommend und Service und Entgegenkommen wird hier groß geschrieben. Wir haben im Vorfeld Zimmerservice für ein Frühstück geordert - hier wurden unsere Wünsche zu 100% umgesetzt - also perfekt! Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen - vom frischen Obst über Müsli, Brötchen, Eierspeisen, Kaffeespezialitäten und Teeauswahl, dazu dezente Musik im Hintergund. Auch die Frühstückszeiten sind komfortabel - werktags bis 10.30 Uhr, am Wochenende bis 11.00 Uhr. Das Zimmer war ok. Der Kleiderschrank etwas klein, die Beleuchtung etwas spärlich, die Fenster schlossen nicht ganz dicht, die Tür der Minibar hing etwas schief in der Angel. Aber das Bett war groß und superbequem. Täglich frische Handtücher, Wasserkocher und Tee/Kaffee waren vorrätig. Heizung funktionierte bestens. Der Fernseher hat 3 deutschsprachige Programme. Die Lage ist perfekt - 10 Min zum Altstadtring/Karlsbrücke, 15 MIn zum Wenzelsplatz. Tanzendes Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gegenüber ist eine Bierkneipe, ebenso findet sich ein gutsortierter Minimarkt dort, der bis 24 Uhr geöffnet hat.

Buena estancia

La estancia fue bastante buena. La habitación y el baño son amplios y limpios, y hay buena calefacción. Las recepcionistas hablan español así que es un valor añadido y de gran ayuda, aparte de aconsejarnos sobre donde ir.

Really nice hotel definitely recommend

Very nice hotel, good standard in all areas. Comfortable room, great breakfast selection. Couple of weaker areas, they include Wi-Fi was a little bit hit hit and miss and an improvement suggestion would be that the door to the kitchen from the breakfast area was very good condition and kind of dirty. Just needs painting, as this let the whole hotel down. Minor points, suggestions for improvement. Will Definitely stay again.

Hotel bien ubicado céntrico

Personal excelente en atención muy esmerado en servir. Limpieza muy adecuada y habitación cómoda. Lo único inadecuado fue que no había comedor. Durante mi estancia estuvo en remodelación y no cubrieron ese servicio.

Leider Service ungenügend,Zimmer kalt,nach Verlangen eine zweite Decke sagte die Rezeption sie sie alleine im Haus,müssen selber die Decke holen!! Air Condition Anlagen nicht in Funktion,wurde bis Abend auch nicht repariert obwohl wir es um ca.08:30 gemeldet haben Für ein 4* Hotel ist es leider kein guter Service

Muuten kiva huone mutta aika pimeä

Tummasävyinen huone ja sokeritoukkia kylpyhuoneen lattialla, jos yöllä kävi siellä. Ihmettelimme kun huoneesta ei löytynyt room service listaa. Se oli vain hississä josta sitä ei ehtinyt lukea. Olisimme tilanneet jotain mutta kun ei tiennyt vaihtoehtoja. Ystävälliset ja avuliaat vastaanottovirkailijat+++

交通方便的飯店

飯店位置靠近電車，價錢還算合理，房間還蠻舒服的，早餐7:30開始，餐點也不錯，離跳舞的房子不遠，走路就可以到

The quality is not enough

The breakfast is very poor (the variety of the food should be higher with that price) and the location of the hotel is far to the city center. You have the river and the public transport close but it takes around 15 minutes to arrive to the center by public transport even though the city is quite small. So I don't advice the hotel, you can find better one with the same price scala.

Komfortables Hotel in Zentrumsnähe

Das Hotel war Komfortabel und sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem und hatte einen Matratzenschoner unter dem Laken (welcher regelmäßig gewaschen werden kann). Leider war die Atmosphäre in dem Hotel recht anonym. Es gab keine Bar und die Lobby wirkte, wie auch unser Zimmer dunkel und ungemütlich. Die Einrichtung an sich ist fand ich sehr geschmacksvoll, jedoch wurde in unserem Zimmer in dem eh schon wenig licht rein viel noch viele dunkle Farben verwendet. Ansonsten war aber alles top: groses Badezimmer mit Badewanne und sogar Bidet. Jeden Tag wurde Duschgel, Shampoo, Bodymilk und mini-packung Taschentücher sowie verschiedene Teebeutel und Zucker aufgefüllt. Die Heizung/Klimaanlage lies sich gut und leicht steuern und war schön leise. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, schien jedoch nicht immer alles sofort zu verstehen, wenn man englisch sprach. Die Rezeption hätte allerdings etwas größer sein können, damit zu Stoßzeiten, mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig "bedient" werden können. Auf Wunsch hätte man mit 30-Minütiger Voranmeldung die Sauna für sich reservieren und nutzen können. Die Lage des Hotels war gut: Ruhig aber zentral gelegen. Straßenbahn haltestellen, Büdchen, Bars, Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Lovely hotel, great value. The only thing was they were quite slow getting through a queue of people that could be at the reception desk.

Good hotel

Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. Clean and well equipped room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Centrally located close to major Prague attractions. Two minute walk to frequent tram service and river. Short walk to Metro. About thirty minutes metro and bus to airport. (Consider buying Prague Card at airport.)

Goede locatie, maar erg aan vernieuwing toe

De locatie van het hotel is goed. De kamers zijn echter erg aan vernieuwing toe. De hoofdwand van het bed is letterlijk versleten, behang dat van de muren afkomt, dat ziet er helaas niet zo mooi uit. ook is het personeel/receptie niet erg efficiënt. Zeer trage check-in zonder enige informatie. Ook gebruikt het hotel nog oude enorm grote sleutels die je als je het hotel verlaat bij de receptie moet inleveren en bij terugkomst weer bij de receptie moet ophalen, dit geeft nog meer vertraging omdat er bijna altijd wel een rij bij de receptie staat.
