"I don’t usually leave reviews but our stay was NOT acceptable. We stayed one night and got very little sleep. After going to bed we heard pounding above us and something hit our window. I called the front desk and was told they were doing maintenance above us on the roof. I explained how loud it was and the extension cord kept hitting our window. I was told it was scheduled to end at 2:00am, as if that made it ok that it would only last a couple more hours. We were then woken up by housekeeping at 9:00 to see if we had checked out yet. Also no conditioner in my shower or my daughter’s room. When I spoke to the front desk at checkout I asked about how full the hotel was. I was told there were other rooms available but they couldn’t have changed our room as we booked through Expedia. Unacceptable!"

"No frills motel that fit the bill for a short stay in town. Staff were nowhere to be found during check-in and check out, breakfast was good and room was clean, although the bed was not very comfortable at all. "

"Great house with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! It was perfect for 3 couples. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to downtown! Nice outdoor deck and we enjoyed the fire pit each night. Kitchen was well stocked!"

"Everything was very clean and in good condition and access was a breeze. The location of this townhome was perfect with immediate access to downtown Walla Walla. We had a great weekend and highly recommend this place and the hosts!"

"The Loft is lovely, clean, and spacious. We really enjoyed the deck in the mornings and evenings since the weather was essentially perfect during our stay. The Loft is only a couple of blocks from the downtown shopping area, so we found ourselves walking all over!"
