「The people at the front desk were all very friendly and very helpful. One, I'm sorry I didn't register her name, helped me get my boarding passes printed so I could stop freaking out. Another gave recommendations for restaurants we could walk to. They all smiled when handing us bottles of water or just wishing us a safe trip home. 」

「We stayed at the Aloft when our flight was canceled during an IT outage. The staff was friendly and compassionate. They checked us in quickly and advised us getting back to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of nice amenities including the gym and the breakfast area. 」
