The bed was really comfortable.There were clear instructions for use of tv and air conditioning. I received an email making sure all was going well and contact information if it was required. 「We had only 1 criteria for booking a stay which was it had to gave a pool and hot tub. We were in Bend to ride bikes. Post ride hot tub was a priority. When we get there the pool hot tube area was gated and required a pass key. The host provided no pass key. When confronted the host gave me a song and dance then suggested I flag someone inside the area to open the gate.We paid for a hot tub, we shouldnt have to act like dirtbag ski bums poaching a hot tub. Additionally the towels smelled rancid...

「The location and overall accommodations we absolutely perfect. Very clean and comfortable and lots to do around the area. We were there primarily for a concert at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, but took the opportunity to explore the neighborhood. Aaron was great to communicate with, not intrusive, just extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again.」

「We stayed here for a couple days so we could ride our bikes along all the great trails up and down the river. The river is barely 2 minutes away by bike! And just 5 minute walk to the Old Mill shops and restaurants. So needless to say the location is fantastic. The unit is a little studio apartment in a brand new home. 「Great location. Furniture very uncomfortable, only 2 drinking glasses. Frying pans should be replaced. No place to hang your clothes. No instructions on how to use tv. In my opinion it’s over priced for what you get. It’s only the location that was a positive. Just being honest in our opinion of this property. 」
