"Die von uns gebuchte Reise konnte aufgrund eines noch immer anhaltenden Krankenhausaufenthaltes nicht angetreten werden. Das Hotel verweigerte eine Gutscheinausgabe bzw. die Stornierung. Auch Expedia wurde gnadenlos abgewiesen. Eine derartige Kundendienstpolitik stellt für uns eine Unverfrorenheit dar. "

"Wir waren wegen Verkehrsstörungen erst nach 22:00 Uhr am Hotel und hatten Bescheid gesagt. Die Mitarbeiterin ist dafür dann extra etwas länger geblieben und hat uns sehr freundlich eingecheckt. Danke für diesen tollen Service.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert, alles vorhanden, ordentlich und sauber. Dazu noch erstaunlich günstig. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. "
