My room had a do not disturb sign outside. They took it off, put it inside and they went into my room without contacting me. I feel like my privacy was invaded, I'm so upset and very upset because I spent 2 days and the first day that's what they did. The location is good for visiting the college. Clean room. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking space. A/C could use some upgrades. The noise was loud even though I set the fan to Low. It must have gone far above my temperature setting. I had to get up at night to turn it off.

Breakfast was a joke no juice cooler or machine broke. Also the cooler that held yogurt was broke so had to go to front desk for it and they would go somewhere and get it and bring it too you. Our room was clean but my daughter in laws room was unexpectedly filthy there was poop on toilet , bloody tampons and floor and don’t know what was in the bed. They moved her to another room but she never should have be given that room in the first place.

The room was very clean and smelled great when we first arrived. Staff was great and very accommodating. Climate control worked great considering the -10 degree night the area had. The beds were a tad firm, but I know that just personal preference so not really a negative. The breakfast wasn't spectacular, but there was a decent selection and it was free so I won't complain to much.

No elevator mentioned in ad, i have a leg condition and I didn’t know there was no elevator until I had a few bags, drinks and food in my hands to go to my room. And then the guy didn’t offer to help even up the stairs. I could have moved rooms to the lower floor but not given the option either.

In several encounters, the staff were proactive and ultra-helpful. Kassia even read my requirement for stair-free access and rebooked my room accordingly. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the second floor. The room was freshly renovated, with custom cabinetry and bathroom touches. The outlets above the hanging night stands were especially nice. However, the fridge was loose and a possible fall risk. The beds were too soft for my taste. The cleaner missed a little here and there -- some head hairs in the sink and spots on the central nightstand. I wiped it myself and all good. Easy fix. My biggest complaint is that the room lacked a desk for working. I wound up making a pillow table on one of the beds. All that thoughtful design skipped a major element. And there was room for it, too, so just a head-scratcher. Location-wise, it's downtown, such as that is. It has a sizable lot, patio with tables overlooking the river, and it's across the street from a bagel café', ice cream shop, and movie theater. Hard to be disappointed. The breakfast was very nice and featured fruits, yogurt, various milk types, cereal, breads, eggs, sausage links, and a make-your-own Belgian waffle station. I wish they had takeout containers to carry back to your room. Another guest helped me carry the paper plates. Overall, would definitely stay again.

The bedroom was good, but bathroom was musty, moldy caulk, mold on the shower curtains, the vent fan did not work it was extremely loud and broken, no toilet paper, there’s just a sliding door to the bathroom that leaves a open crack so no privacy. The district manager at the front desk was not friendly but the cleaning ladies were nice and smiled at us. The Keurig was filled with dust/grime. I’ve been to other BW and they are much cleaner & the staff is friendly. I was not satisfied with our stay here. Even after touching the shower curtain we stank from the gross smell of the curtain. I notified the workers but they just said they’ll pass it on. We didn’t get a different room and/or nothing was fixed/changed. I know this BW is new to town but we won’t be back there. Thanks.
