The house is set over three levels, with well-organized and functional spaces designed to ensure comfort and practicality throughout your stay. From the entrance, you access a convenient hallway leading down to the two main floors, harmoniously laid out.
The two kitchens, located on different levels, make the house fully equipped for every need, providing everything required to prepare and enjoy meals independently.
The living room is bright and welcoming, featuring a TV and air conditioning, ideal for relaxing moments.
The true highlight is the beautiful terrace: spacious, furnished and overlooking the sea, offering stunning views over the colors of Positano. It is perfect for outdoor lunches, sunny breakfasts and unforgettable evenings.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to six guests and features two bedrooms, living room with a sofa bed, and two full bathrooms, distributed over the two main levels:
• Bedroom 1 on the upper floor, with sea view: queen-size bed, TV and air conditioning, Bathroom 1 with shower and bidet on the same floor;
• Bedroom 2 on the lower floor: queen-size bed and air conditioning, Bathroom 2 with shower and bidet on the same floor;
• Living room on the lower floor with access to the terrace: sofa bed for two people, TV and air conditioning, Bathroom 2 with shower and bidet on the same floor.
Both bathrooms are easily accessible from the common areas of their respective floors.
Located in a quiet residential area, the house is about a 10 minute walk from the center of Positano. From here, Spiaggia Grande can be reached in approximately 5 minutes, while Fornillo Beach is about a 10 minute walk along pleasant village paths. Restaurants, cafés and shops are within easy walking distance.

- Baby cot
A baby cot is available upon request at a cost of € 30 per night.
- Parking
Please note that there is no on-site parking at the property, which is common for most private homes in Positano. Nearby paid parking options are available, and we are happy to assist guests with information and support regarding the closest facilities.
- Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the property, including traditional cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. Guests can smoke only in the outdoor areas.
- Children
For safety reasons, children must always be accompanied by an adult, especially when using the outdoor areas.
- Access to the property
Please note that the house is accessed via approximately 50 steps descending from street level. Guests may also choose to reach the property from the beach by following a longer but particularly beautiful walk along Positano’s iconic staircase, known as the “Scalinatella”.
- Transportation
Public transportation is readily available, providing a convenient way to get around Positano. Taxi services are also available.
