The hotel is modern; the room was clean and quiet and relatively spacious; the staff were very helpful and offered great suggestions for what to do in the city and the area; we were unable to get Wi-Fi in the room; we did not make use of any of the amenities, so we are unable to comment on them; you paid underground. Parking is extremely, extremely tight."

"Good location. Easy parking. Helpful reception staff. My room was sandwiched between a large group of teens attending a sporting event. They were loud and I would not have slept had the man at reception not found me an alternative room. I am very grateful to him and, as a result of my move, I had a great sleep. They also apologised during checkout, which I appreciated"

"I had a pleasant 3 night stay at this large hotel complex with modern decor, great amenities including an outdoor swimming pool and a short drive to the city center. My room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, large bathroom with excellent water pressure and efficient air conditioning. The reception staff were professional and English speaking. I had underground parking for my rent a car for an additional daily charge and there is a breakfast buffet available again for an additional fee. The hotel was very quiet overnight so I always enjoyed a good nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zaragoza."
