"There were NO telephones, house or other in the hotel room just a QR code to scan if one is in trouble! I shall check future hotel bookings for hard-wired in-hotel rooms. No direct connection for an I phone wire; had to borrow a converter from the hotel which did not have a tight-fitting connection to the built-outlet in the wall. Had dinner in the hotel’s Good Italian Restaurant, Cento & a kind waiter charged my I phone in the kitchen. Had to go out in the rain the next day to buy my own converter."

"This was a great place to stay location-wise. Clean, comfortable room and nice staff. Will note that they charge for coffee and a hot water kettle for the room."

"This hotels only real strength is it a clean place to stay in a great location. However it is extremely dated. The rooms are very old and have significant wear. The bathrooms are tubs with shower heads. The gym is hilariously bad. The key giveaway is the hotel itself only has pictures of its nice restaurant. The hotel does not look like this"

"They need better pillows as they're so soft it makes it very hard to fall asleep. The rest was nice and would happily return but pillows need to be firmer in order for better sleep quality."

"One of the best European Hotels I have ever stayed at. Wonderful breakfast, good location, Public transportation nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was small but that is normal for Europe. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Just a short walk to the harbor and ferry. Grocery store nearby and lots of restaurants. I would stay here again when in Helsinki."

"Overall good. Good supper. Good breakfast. Good location. Free shuttle to airport. I had a good nights sleep despite some nearby construction I was there for one night only."
