This is an authentic century Saltbox home, built in 1900 that is nestled in "The Cove". The cozy and rustic decor blends old and new to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house includes 1 full bath, 1 half bath, primary main floor bedroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Within steps from the front door you can embark on a ferry ride to Bell Island and delve into it's captivating history, including mine tours and stunning coastal vistas. Don't forget to stop at the famous Dick's for some fish and chips while your on the Island.

Explore and hike along the East Coast Trail, offering views of rugged coastlines and picturesque caves. Within a 20- 30 minute drive, you can explore St. John's and the famous George St., Cape Spear, Quidi Vidi Village and Signal Hill. Portugal Cove and Topsail Beach are close by too.
