  • Spacious semi-detached house with stunning sea views, finished to a high specification. Free WiFi. Three of the top five Links Golf Courses in N.Ireland are within 20 minutes drive. Variety of coastal walks from the house. Great local restaurants within easy walking distance.
    The property comprises of two spacious reception rooms and a kitchen with a range cooker. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed with sea view. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with sea view. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and Bedroom 4 has one double and 1 single bed. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
    Private off road parking for up to 4 cars. To the back of the house is a private patio area and a garage for storage of bicycles, golf or fishing gear.
